The latest batch of displacement splits into several convoys and more batches reach Idlib, raising number of displaced people from central Syria within the agreement with the Russians and the regime to more than 31000

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of the 2nd and 3rd convoys of the 7th batch of displaced people from central Syria to Qal’aat al-Madiq in the northern countryside of Hama, just after midnight of yesterday, where the bus switching process is now underway and the convoys will continue towards their last destination in Idlib Province, the 3 convoys -which came out of central Syria yesterday- include tens of buses and vehicles with about 6800 persons on board of fighters, their families and other civilians who refused the agreement between representatives of the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama, and between the regime and the Russians, where yesterday, the 1st convoy had arrived carrying 2850 persons within the 7th batch to the Syrian north, while a new convoy -which departed hours ago from the area- is expected to arrive in the Syrian north, where the Syrian Observatory monitored its arrival in al-Suqaylabiyah area west of Hama and now it is on its way towards Qal’aat al-Madiq.

With the exit of the above-mentioned batches from central Syria, it has increased to 31300, the number of displaced people who have now gotten out on board of 7 batches to the northeastern countryside of Aleppo and Idlib Province, while reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the 7th batch of displaced people from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama; was split into several convoys due to the shortage in number of buses sent by the regime authorities to move them to Idlib Province, in addition to that, some families have changed their decision to stay and have decided to leave the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama towards Idlib Province, and it is expected that their evacuation process will be finished during the next few hours, after the arrival of buses in the northern countryside of Homs to transfer the people who remained and refusing the agreement, which took place between the Russians and the regime and between representatives of the area, where the displacement process from central Syria will be finished in accordance with the agreement between the Russians and the regime, and between representatives of the southern countryside of Hama and northern countryside of Homs, if no other families change their decision to stay and ask to be moved to the same destination, also yesterday, the regime forces’ police and representatives of the regime began to enter the areas whose inhabitants have been displaced, and they raised regime’s flags over the government institutions of the regime in the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama.
