Regime’s helicopters drop leaflets near the Syrian-Turkish border calling on the residents of Idlib and its fighters to leave their weapons and cooperate with the regime

Idlib province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Helicopter dropped leaflets on areas in the northern countryside of Idlib and Kammounah camp south of Sarmada town, one of which says: “decided your destiny, what are you waiting for, gunman? You no longer have the hope of being helped by those who have paid you to kill and ruin, they live in hotels and their paychecks are in dollars and you live in tunnels, you no longer have a solution except for leaving weapon or the inevitable death, take advantage of the last chance and hurry to drop your weapon and settle your situation.”
Another leaflet says: “Your persistence and stubbornness in carrying weapon mean that you chose to be one of them, if you want to live; leave your weapon and don’t gamble with your life, the stubbornness leads you to the doom.”
Also another one says: “This is the joy of the children, the happiness of the people after ridding them of terror and gunmen, our dear people; be of help to the Syrian Arab Army to help it bring back the smile to the faces of our children, we are with you.”

These leaflets come after months of stopping the violent clashes in the countryside of Idlib, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the “Islamic State” organization, and being limited to aerial bombardments, artillery or rocket shelling on the countryside of Idlib, which -at the same time- witnesses an increased assassinations that left about 120 casualties of civilians and fighters Syrian and Asian, who have been assassinated since the 26th of April 2018, after the stop of the violent and bloody clashes, where the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that it documented more assassinations, thus, it rose to 119 people at least, they are 31 civilians including 6 children and a woman, who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 75 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 13 fighters of Uzbek, Asian, and Caucasian nationalities were assassinated in the same ways during the past month, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization, it worth mentioning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented significant human losses in the ranks of the rival factions within the abolition war of civilians, where at least 231 members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham were killed during the shelling and clashes against Nour al-Din al-Zenki in the western countryside of Aleppo, and the movement of Ahrar al-Sham and Soqur al-Sham in the countryside of Idlib, while it rose to 174, the number of fighters of Ahrar al-Sham Movement and Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement and Soqur al-Sham, who were killed during the shelling and clashes in the area, since the 20th of February until today, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and due to information about other casualties the Syrian Observatory wasn’t able to documented so far, also the Syrian Observatory has documented the death of 26 civilians, including 9 children and 5 women since the outbreak of clashes in the 20th of February 2018, as a result of the random shelling and shooting in the countryside of Aleppo and Idlib.
