The Coalition’s warplanes carry out strikes on al-Shafa town 72 hours after killing 21 citizens and members of the organization

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: explosions were heard in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, caused by bombardment by warplanes affiliated to the International Coalition, on areas in al-Shafa town which is located in ISIS last enclave at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the bombardment targeted a house that was seized earlier by the organization, while no information about casualties was reported yet, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 21st of June 2018, that 7 citizens of the people of al-Shafa were killed, in addition to killing 14 members of the organization, as a result of strikes by the International Coalition, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, and these strikes were followed by dropping leaflets by planes of the International Coalition over Hajin town and al-Bukhatir area, these leaflets included caricatures of members and leaders of the Organization, containing expressions about putting the members in fight fronts and in clashes within the East Euphrates by leaders of the organization, and putting the member within the illusion that they would win and defeat their opponents.
