A large number of casualties and injuries in the first raids by warplane on the northern and northwestern countryside of Daraa nearly a year after their last targeting

The Syrian Observatory also monitored the warplanes targeting places in al-Hrak, Nahta, and the eastern countryside of Daraa, raising to more than 139, the number of raids that targeted the eastern countryside of Daraa since dawn of today, most of which targeted al-Hrak town, while the helicopter dropped more barrel bombs on areas in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, in conjunction with dropping barrel bombs on areas in al-Hrak town and east of it, also the regime forces continued their missile bombardment during the past few hours using shells and missiles, which are believed to be ground-to-ground missiles, they targeted places in Daraa city and the towns of al-Hrak, al-Sora, Nahta, and Abtaa in the countryside of Daraa.

The continuous shelling and bombardment coincide with the continuation of violent clashes between the rebel and Islamic factions against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, in areas in the eastern countryside of Daraa, in a continuous attempt by the regime forces to control more areas under an extensive fire cover and confirmed information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that several reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that, the factions operating in the eastern countryside of Daraa targeted a warplane fly in the area and target the factions’ controlled areas, after the targeting the warplane was hit, this targeting comes in conjunction with the continuation of violent clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the vicinity of Bosr al-Harir town and the vicinity of Mlehat al-Atash, which were controlled by the regime forces during the past hours, and the vicinity of Nahta town, of which the regime forces seek to control, amid continuous shelling by the regime forces on areas in the eastern countryside Daraa, also the airstrikes continued on al-Hrak town in the same countryside, where tens of raids targeted areas in the town, also the regime forces targeted by several shells areas in Daraa city but no information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory published this morning that the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were able in the evening to control the strategic towns of Bosr al-Harir and Mlehat al-Atash in the eastern countryside of Daraa, where this control enabled them to connect Izra’a city with al-Suwaidaa Province, in addition to isolating the northeastern countryside of Daraa, but it is not known until the moment whether the areas north of Bosr al-Harir still have faction fighters. This control operation came with intense cover of fire during the last few days of hundreds of airstrikes by Russian warplanes and helicopters, in addition to the violent and heavy missile shelling using hundreds of missiles and shells, and the regime forces on Monday were able to achieve more advancement within al-Lajat area and expanded their control to 7 villages, where the regime forces seek to control the entire area located in the northeastern countryside of Daraa.

While the regime continued forces continued the missile shelling after midnight of yesterday on places in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city using more than 21 missile believed to be ground-to-ground, in conjunction with the continuation of raids on places in the towns of Bosr al-Harir and al-Hrak, where it rose to more than 190, the number Air raids carried out by warplanes on places in the eastern and northeastern countryside of Daraa in addition to Daraa city during the past 24 hours, also it rose to about 105, the number of barrel bombs dropped on places in the same areas, also the regime forces targeted during the past 24th hours using hundreds of shells and missiles believed to be ground-to-ground places in the eastern countryside of Daraa and neighborhoods in Daraa city.
