IS militants execute a man in al- Raqqa

Al- Raqqa Province: IS militants executed a man in Ma’dan area on charge of “taking a photo for an IS fighter and publishing it in Facebook, as well as taking photos for IS posts”; he was shot, and then crucified by IS militants.
