about 30 civilian casualties in a new massacre by the International Coalition warplanes in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of at least 28 civilians in a new massacre carried out by warplanes that have not been known yet if they were Iraqi warplanes or belong to the International Coalition; in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and in the details that were received by the Syrian Observatory: these airstrikes targeted on the evening of Thursday, the 12th of July 208 a gathering tens of civilians at the ice factory between al-Susah and al-Baghuz Foqani, which is under the control of the “Islamic State” Organization, causing a massacre of 28 civilians, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and because there are missing people and information about other casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 10th of July 2018 that more explosions rocked areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; shelling by the International Coalition targeted places in Hajin town and its vicinity, at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, and it is controlled by the organization within the enclave which is under its control in this bank, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the International Coalition fired 27 rocket shells today evening, Thursday the 10th of July 2018, and no information was reported yet about the amount of the human losses caused by this shelling which targeted the area.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 9th of July 2018, that the area of Hajin and the last enclave of the “Islamic State” organization at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, are witnessing overflights of the International Coalition’s warplanes in the skies of the area, after a series of aerial and artillery shelling by the Coalition which has targeted ISIS controlled areas since yesterday evening, Sunday the 8th of July 2018, as a part of the preparation by the Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces for starting a wide-scale military operation against the organization in this area, and no information was reported yet about the fall of human losses as a result of the shelling which targeted ISIS besieged enclave at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, while the Syrian Observatory published that explosions shook on the night of Saturday, the final enclave of the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that they were caused by shelling by Coalition warplanes on Hajin town and its surroundings, within the sporadic shelling that target the town by Coalition Forces, in preparation for military action being prepared, which is expected to be launched in the coming days to end the presence of the “Islamic State” organization in the east bank of Euphrates river, but no information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored the fall of shells on places in al-Baghuz area which is located within the same enclave in the east bank of Euphrates river, intersected sources said that the source of the shells was the regime forces in the west bank of the river, and no information about casualties caused by the shelling.
