Buses of the first batch of al-Quneitra’s displaced people reach their destinations in the Syrian north

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the first batch of buses of the displaced people al-Quneitra began to enter factions’-controlled areas through Morek crossing in the northern countryside of Hama, after they arrived this morning to the area, where about 40 buses have entered through Morek and switch the buses then continued their way towards their final destination at Idlib province, while the remaining 15 buses of the batch are expected to complete their entry to Morek crossing shortly, and in the same context, preparations are taking place to displace a new batch today, Saturday, of those who refuse the agreement of al-Quneitra province towards the Syrian north, the Syrian Observatory published yesterday night, Friday, that it monitored the completion of the first batch of Al-Quneitra’s displaced people which included about 55 buses carrying 2800 persons of those who refuse the agreement among them there are more than 1700 children and women, where the buses have been gathered in groups in Al-Quneitra countryside, then they departed towards Idlib province in the Syrian North, while a new batch of people who refuse the agreement, is expected to be evacuated tomorrow, Saturday, towards the Syrian North.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored yesterday that in conjunction with the entry of buses into and out of Um Batnah and stopping to begin the boarding of civilians; SOHR monitored a bus run over at least 15 citizens of the people who were gathering for boarding the bus, which killed at least 4 of them and injured the rest with varying degrees of severity, while the driver was seriously wounded by a gunfire by fighters who were carrying their weapons, where they shot directly at the front of the bus, and the driver was hit by several gunshots and then he died, also, the Syrian Observatory published yesterday morning, that it monitored reaching an agreement under the Russian supervision about the fate of al-Quneitra province, which includes all the areas in the province except the areas that are under the control of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and in the details that the Syrian Observatory obtained: an agreement was reached which provides for the exit of all those who refuse the agreement of fighters, their families, and other civilians to the Syrian north, in addition to handing over heavy and medium-sized weapons on stages, the entry of the Russian military police into the towns and villages of Quneitra, and settling situations of those who are due to the conscription service and the return of displaced people to their towns and villages, while the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the process of registering names of people who refuse the agreement and wishing to leave towards the Syrian north had begun.
