Warplanes bomb east of al-Suwaidaa and 4 local gunmen killed in crossfire while guarding villages on contact line with the desert

Al-Suwaidaa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: I a shooting was heard after midnight of yesterday on the road of Dahr al-Jabal in near al-Roum Dam in the vicinity Rami village in the eastern countryside of al-Suwaidaa, caused by a clash by mistake between local Druze gunmen, where a car of local gunmen did not stop at a checkpoint for other gunmen in the area in case of an ambush, the situation then was developed to gunfire between both parties that killed 4 of them and injured others, while the warplanes carried out after midnight of yesterday several raids on places in areas east of al-Radima area and in al-Kraa’ area in the eastern countryside of al-Suwaidaa, and east of Tal Alya in the desert of al-Suwaidaa, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory on Human Rights published yesterday morning that  the calm continues in the eastern and northeastern countryside of al-Suwaidaa, on the contact lines between areas of presence of the gunmen villagers who carried guns to protect their areas, the reinforcement that arrived from the regime forces, and the militiamen loyal to them and between the desert in which the “Islamic state” is located, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored hundreds of the villagers and of the reinforcement members gathering in case the “Islamic State” organization carries out an offensive against the area, after its first bloody attack, which left hundreds of casualties and wounded, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored explosions and sporadic gunfire during the hours of last night, where shells fell on areas in al-Shabaki village, which on Friday had a funeral for its casualties, and residents from the village who had casualties in the organization’s attack; expelled the Governor of Daraa and his accompanying delegation bearing them responsible for not arming the villagers, considering that they are the first line of contact with the “Islamic State” organization, also the fall of shells was accompanying by shooting targeted the village, followed by gunfire and artillery shelling towards the Desert area by the gunmen who are located in and around the village, coincided with the flight of warplanes and helicopters over the area.
