In exchange for the release of al-Suwaidaa abductees, Yarmouk Basin is undergoing negotiations between the regime and ISIS to move the last 100 remaining members of Jaysh Khaled and about the “presumed 150 captive” towards the desert

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources confirming that negotiations are taking place between the regime forces and the “Islamic State” organization, about an exchange process in the Syrian south, based on the regime forces’ transfer for about 100 members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid who remain in Yarmouk Basin; along with about 150 “presumed captive” to the Syrian Desert, to where the “Islamic State” organization is present, in return for the release of the 30 abductees from al-Suwaidaa who 30 persons (14 women and 16 children), and the Syrian Observatory learned that if the negotiations were successful, then the remaining members would be moved to the countryside and the abductees would be handed over to al-Suwaidaa people. These negotiations are taking place concurrently with the finding corpses for several people in Yarmouk Basin area, near the crossing area which leads to areas controlled by the regime forces east of Yarmouk Basin, residents said that they were executed by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and members of “the reconciliation factions”, also the negotiations come in an attempt by the regime forces to end the presence of the organization completely in Daraa province, and complete their deployment in Daraa province, after controlling all villages, towns, and cities by “reconciliation” processes and military operations.

The Syrian Observatory published this morning  the regime forces continue sweeping the areas they controlled yesterday night, Monday, in Yarmouk Basin area in the western countryside of Daraa, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes between the regime forces and factions of the “reconciliation ” against members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, of who fled towards valleys near the villages of Beit Ara and Koya, after the regime forces advanced yesterday and controlled the whole areas which used to be controlled by Jaysh Khalid in Yarmouk Basin, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: about 100 members of Jaysh Khaled fled towards valleys on the border with Jordan near Beit Ara and Koya, and the Syrian Observatory also learned that those members are taking civilians as human shields in the valleys to which they fled, while the aerial and rocket sweep continues,  where warplanes and helicopters continue to target these valleys in conjunction with rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on the same places. And in the same context, the Syrian Observatory learned that about 60 members of Jaysh Khaled surrendered to the regime forces yesterday when the regime forces entered al-Shajra town, while the fate of the rest of the members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization is still unknown until now.

The Syrian Observatory published last night, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them as well as the factions of the “reconciliation” managed to impose their full control on the area of Yarmouk Basin at the expense of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, where the regime forces managed to take the control of the villages of Qusayr, Ma’aria and Koayiah, and they are the last villages that used to be controlled by Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed, while the helicopters are continuing to sweep the valleys in the area, along with sweeping by missiles and heavy machineguns by the regime forces, in search for hiding members or escapees of Jaysh Khaled, and this control comes 12 days after the regime forces launched their military operations against Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed, where the regime forces have launched their wide-scale military operation in 2 stages, the first of which was on the 19th of June 2018, against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions, and it was finished by imposing the control of the regime forces and their allies over the entire areas of the factions, through joining the towns and villages to their controlled areas whether through military operations, or through “settlements and reconciliations”, while the second stage started on the 19th of July 2018, against Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, through which the regime forces took the control of the entire area of Yarmouk Basin.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the surprising advancement and the collapse of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which started about 48 hours ago, after the video through which the organizations in Al-Suwaidaa desert, threatened to execute the kidnapped women in the case that the military operation on Yarmouk Basin is not stopped, which raised the confusion and puzzlement of the residents about this rapid advancement and the successive collapse of the organization, in its last areas of presence in Daraa province, while reliable sources suggested to the SOHR that the regime forces -which managed to join many areas through the negotiations of their commanders and the media Millionaire Kinanah Hwyja, who has held deals of “reconciliation” and displacement, in return for large sums of money that she has received in order to complete these deals-, have secretly transported the remaining fighters of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed through the provinces of Daraa and Al-Suwaidaa to the eastern desert of Al-Suwaidaa, and their number exceeded 1200 fighters, after an agreement between the army which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization and between the regime forces, where this successive and rapid collapse of the organization raised the doubts, after the organization threatened the regime to execute the abductees whose number reached 30 persons at least, they are 14 citizen women and 16 children, amid irony about this collapse, whether the members of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed have evaporated?!

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the fall of more casualties in the ranks of the both conflicting parties, in the western sector of Daraa countryside, where it rose to 283, the number of casualties of the members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” Organization, who have been killed since the 19th of July 2018, the date of starting the regime’s operation against Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed, and the Syrian Observatory documented the death of at least 94 members and officers of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, who were killed in the same period, also hundreds others in the ranks of the both parties were injured with varying severity, where the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitoring a new advancement achieved by the regime forces in a continuation of their military operations in the area, where they took control of Abdeen town, and decreased the areas that are controlled by Jaysh Khalid to 4 areas; most notably al-Shajra town, while members of Jaysh Khalid are trying to re-control Abdeen, where a violent explosion shook the area, probably caused by detonating a booby-trapped vehicle by Jaysh Khaled which swore allegiance to the Organization in the area, which is the first advancement for the regime forces after the organization threatened to execute al-Suwaidaa abductees if the military operation did not stop on the 28th of July 2018, and they are at least 30 abductees including 14 woman and 16 children, where the organization threatened the regime through one of the kidnapped women from the villages in the countryside of al-Suwaidaa, who appeared in a video broadcasted by ISIS, where Mrs. Souad Adib Abu Ammar in the video asked the Syrian regime president Bashar al-Assad and the media millionaire Kinanah Hwyja to carry out the terms of the “Islamic State” organization, and release prisoners and detainees belong to or connected to the organization, and stop the military operation in Yarmouk basin in the western countryside of Daraa, also in the video footage the woman warned that the organization will execute them if these conditions were not implemented, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this video raising resentment in the countryside of al-Suwaidaa, where anger and resentment prevail along with cautious anticipation for regime authorities’ reaction to the organization’s conditions, through which the organization set the regime in a deadlock, after ISIS linked the implementation of its conditions to the lives of the abductees females.
