Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that tens of people are still trapped in valleys located in the far southwestern countryside of Daraa, where the regime forces got the women out of the area, but they are still holding men and young men and refuse to allow them to exit before “making sure” that they are not members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, or in connection with them, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Thursday, that the regime forces are continuing to sweep the valleys which are located in the far south-western countryside of Daraa, after the surrender of about 80 members of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, who had gathered in the area of Yarmouk Valley with other citizens, and they were subjected to gunfire every now and then, by the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and by the Jordanian border guards on the other, and the Syrian Observatory learned that members of Jaysh Khaled have surrendered to the regime forces in valleys near Al-Qusayr village, where the regime forces took them by buses to a destination that is still unknown until now, and the SOHR published yesterday, Wednesday, that cautious calm returned to prevail the far southern countryside of Daraa, where tens of the members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” Organization, are gathered in the area of Yarmouk Valley with other citizens, and they were subjected to gunfire every now and then, by the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and by the Jordanian border guards on the other, along with threats against them by the factions which have joined to the “reconciliation” and which are stationed in Hayt area and the east of Yarmouk Basin, and this calm is coincided with information which have been received to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, about the fact that the regime forces have opened the way for the remaining members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid with their families and citizens to leave Yarmouk Valley towards the east of Yarmouk Basin, and then they will be transferred to unknown destination believed to be the Syrian Desert, after the regime forces managed in the past 48 hours to impose their control over the entire villages and towns of Yarmouk Basin which enabled them to regain the control of the entire province of Daraa, with the exception of the gathering about which information was received in the past few hours about ending its presence in Yarmouk Valley after reaching a consensus about Yarmouk Basin.

On the other hand, ambiguity is still surrounding the mechanism of bringing out the citizens and members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid from the area of Yarmouk Valley, and whether their exit will be in return for releasing the abductees from Al-Suwaidaa countryside, whose number reached 30 persons (14 women and 16 children), of those who were kidnapped by the “Islamic State” organization during its attack on the 25th of July 2018, through which the organization have killed 258 persons they are 142 citizens including 38 women and children, and 116 gunmen most of them are of the people of the countryside of Al-Suwaidaa province, who took up arms to rebel the violent and surprising attack of the organization, the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the regime forces and after they imposed with the gunmen loyal to them as well as the factions of the “reconciliation”, their control over the entire villages and towns in Daraa province, try to end the presence of the members of Jaysh Khalid, as tens of them gathered with other citizens and members of their families, in the area of Yarmouk Valley, waiting for a detente leads to transferring them to the Syrian Desert, where intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that members of the Jordanian border guards and members of the regime forces are working on targeting the gathering of the organization and the citizens in Yarmouk Valley, while the factions which are located in Hayt area west of Yarmouk Basin, are threatening to target the members of the organization in the case that they leave the area towards them, while it rose to at least 54 persons at least including 8 women and boys, the number of the people of the families of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid, who were killed while they were leaving Yarmouk Basin heading towards Hayt area west of Daraa, where they were shot after facilitating their exit from the area of Yarmouk Basin, the SOHR also monitored the continued efforts for reaching a solution between the regime and the organization, about the two joint and linked files, which are the file of the abductees of Al-Suwaidaa countryside, and the file of the remaining members of the organization with their families and citizens who are fortified in Yarmouk Valley west of Daraa.
