Intensive artillery shelling by more than 60 shells targets al-Lataminah and areas near it raising to 1200, the number of shells that targeted the northern countryside of Hama in 28 days

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the regime forces renewed the rocket shelling on areas in the countryside of Hama, where they targeted by more than 60 shells  areas in Tal Hawash and the vicinity of Tal Othman in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and other areas in al-Lataminah town and Kafr Zeta town in the northern countryside of Hama since yesterday night until now, which caused more material damage but no information about casualties, raising the number of artillery and rocket shells that were launched by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them to about 1170, targeting areas in the northern, northeastern, and northwestern countryside of Hama during the last 28 days, where the rocket and artillery shelling targeted the villages and towns of the northern countryside of Hama such as al-Lataminah, Hasraya, Zakat, al-Janabera “al-Bana”, M’aarkbeh, al-Sayyad, Tal Osman, Hawash, and several other areas in this countryside.

These shelling -which was monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights- caused several casualties and wounded in the areas were the shells fell, also the intense shelling which varied between today and the other caused more destruction in the above-mentioned villages and towns, which had previously witnessed similar and more violent shelling, which caused considerable destruction and serious material damage to the citizens’ property, infrastructure, public, and private facilities, as well as hundreds of casualties and wounded, where the shelling increases when violent clashes or major attacks erupt between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the rebel and Islamic factions.
