Shelling by about 110 missiles and shells on Al-Lataminah and the north of Hama raises to about 1565, the number of ground strikes which targeted the area in few weeks

Hama Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the shelling does not almost stop on the northern sector of Hama countryside, by the regime forces which target the area every now and then by artillery and rocket shells, with escalating the shelling pace of violent until it reached shelling by missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored in the recent hours, artillery and rocket shelling by more than 109 shells, which targeted areas in Al-Lataminah town, and other places in Kafr Zita, as well as the area of Tell Al-Sakhr and the lands around it, which caused further material damage to the property of the citizens, without information about casualties, raising to about 1564, the number of artillery and rocket shells that were launched by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them to, targeting areas in the northern, northeastern, and northwestern countryside of Hama during the last 31 days, where the rocket and artillery shelling targeted the villages and towns of the northern countryside of Hama such as al-Lataminah, Hasraya, Zakat, al-Janabera “al-Bana”, M’aarkbeh, al-Sayyad, Tal Osman, Hawash, and several other areas in this countryside.

Also, it is noteworthy that these shelling -which was monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights- caused several casualties and wounded in the areas were the shells fell, also the intense shelling which varied between today and the other caused more destruction in the above-mentioned villages and towns, which had previously witnessed similar and more violent shelling, which caused considerable destruction and serious material damage to the citizens’ property, infrastructure, public, and private facilities, as well as hundreds of casualties and wounded, where the shelling increases when violent clashes or major attacks erupt between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the rebel and Islamic factions.
