3 members of the International Coalition were injured in targeting in the east of the Euphrates River and airstrikes target Dir Ezzor Desert along with an attack by cells of the organization

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: explosions rocked areas in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the explosions were caused by bombardment by warplanes of the International Coalition on areas in the vicinity of Al-Haql Al-Azraq, along with clashes between the Syria Democratic Forces against members of the “Islamic State” organization, in the vicinity of Al-Be’er Al-Azraq, while successive explosions were heard in Ziban area in the east of the Euphrates River and other areas in the west of the Euphrates, where information was received reporting that they were caused by shelling by the regime forces on areas in Ziban town, where the controlled areas of the SDF are located, followed by targeting by the International Coalition to areas under the control of the regime forces west of the Euphrates, also reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that a column of the Coalition’s forces accompanied by a number of American Hummer vehicles headed today noon, Saturday the 11th of August 2018, to the vicinity of Hajin area, while 3 members of the International Coalition were injured during targeting in the vicinity of Hajin area east of the Euphrates River, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

And the Syrian Observatory published two days ago, that after the fall of the largest enclave of the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern Euphrates, and the International Coalition-supported Syria Democratic Forces over it; following a large-scale military operation, the latter began preparations in the vicinity of the final enclave of the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern Euphrates, which is the final enclave of the organization within a residential areas, where the enclave at the east bank of Euphrates River which consists of the towns of Hajin, al-Sousah, al-Sha’afah, al-Baghuz and what is between them, is still controlled by ISIS, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Organization definitively canceling the “al-Hisba” security branch, and focusing on the security aspect to protect this enclave, which is witnessing mobilization by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces with huge amounts of weapons, vehicles, ammunition, equipment, and fighters, and local sources confirmed that the role “of al-Hisba” no longer exists after it was canceled by the organization, and also the organization itself is now only focusing on the security and military aspects, after the punishment and accounting used to be carried out against all people because of “shaving the chin, wearing clothes do not go with Sharia law, and not being committed to praying and closing shops at the time of praying”, and other punishments, also that coincided with the decrease in the frequency of executions to the extent of absence since several weeks, also the security tightening and caring for the military aspect by the “Islamic State” Organization, came in conjunction with bringing more military reinforcement by the International Coalition Forces and the forces of the Syria Democratic Forces, through which the Syria Democratic Forces aim to end the presence of the Organization in the entire east of Euphrates, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 5th of August 2018 that the “Islamic state” organization swings between the western and eastern Euphrates, and between the desert of al-Suwaidaa and the Syrian Jazeerah, while the “Islamic state” takes its breath and washes away the blood of about 260 people, more than half of them were civilians killed in the heaviest attack and the largest bloody operation in al-Suwaidaa Province since the start of the Syrian revolution in 2011, the last members of ISIS continue to run in the Syrian Jazeera, looking for any place they can hide in from the sweep process of the Syria Democratic Forces for the largest enclave of the “Islamic State” organization in what is left to it in the Syrian territory, where the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the Syria Democratic Forces have started a sweep process for the entire enclave extending from the southern administrative borders of al-Hasaka province; until the end of the enclave which is located in the area near the east of al-Baghuz town, where the border line runs along about 85 km from the Syrian-Iraqi border within an area about 1670 km² of Deir Ezzor Province, where the international Coalition-backed Syria Democratic Forces managed to control the entire enclave after a military operation launched on the area in the past few days, except for scattered enclaves where members of the organization has been besieged in, within the attempts to force them to surrender or continue clashing against them until the presence of the organization is completely terminated, after it lost its presence as a dominant force in the area, and this advancement operation by the Syria Democratic Forces made the “Islamic State” organization loose its largest remaining enclave in the entire Syrian territory, where now it has only got the enclave located at the east bank of Euphrates River, which includes several towns and villages starting from Hajin town in the west to al-Baghuz town in the east, and scattered enclaves in the desert of Deir Ezzor and west of Euphrates River, and in 2 large enclaves east and north of al-Sokhna, and in enclaves in the northeastern desert of al-Suwaidaa on the administrative border with Rif Dimashq, which shrank its controlled area to 3705 km² of the Syrian area i.e. 2% of it, while this loss for the organization comes after Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization lost its existence in the entire Daraa Province, which made the organization shrinks and loses more of its controlled areas and members, who are decreasing consecutively as a result of aerial bombardments, artillery and missile shelling, and the military operations.
