Searching continues under the rubles of the destroyed building in Sarmada and the recovery of more bodies raises to 45 at least, the number of those who were killed in this massacre

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the locals, rescue teams and members of the civil defense, are continuing their searching under the rubles of the destruction caused by the bombing which rocked Sarmada today dawn, Sunday the 12th of August 2018, where more bodies and more alive persons have been recovered from under the rubles of the destruction, in the town which is located near the Syrian – Turkish border, in the northern countryside of Idlib province, where it rose to at least 45, the number of people who were killed so far including 3 members who worked in the Economic Office of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, as well as 12 children and 9 citizen women, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, as well as the presence of a large number of missing people whose fate is still not known.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning, Sunday the 12th of August 2018, that information indicated that it was caused by the explosion of an ammunition depot of an arms dealer who works with Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the explosion took place at the bottom of a residential building in Bab al-Hawa Square area inside the town, which caused the collapse of the building over its residents, the majority of whom are of displaced people from Homs province.
