Shelling causes of casualties and injuries in the triangle of al-Sahl al-Ghab – west Idlib – north Latakia in conjunction with the continuation of fortifications and bringing reinforcements in preparation for the anticipated battle

The triangle of al-Sahl al-Ghab – west Idlib – north Latakia which stretches between the adjacent areas northwest of Syria, is still witnessing renewed ground shelling and targeting by the regime forces, in conjunction with the continued bringing of military reinforcements by the factions to the contact areas adjacent to positions of the regime forces, and they are also transporting ammunition to these areas and fortifying them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting with guided missile several citizens work in the collection of firewood in the vicinity of al-Sirmaniyah town in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, which killed a person and injured others, this targeting comes in conjunction with the continuation of the ground shelling on areas in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur and the northern countryside of Lattakia, which was accompanied by the continuation of bringing reinforcements by the regime forces to the contact areas with the factions, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that areas in the triangle of Sahl al-Ghab – Latakia Mountain – West Jisr al-Shughur is witnessing the continuation of rocket shelling operations by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the regime forces renewed the shelling after midnight of yesterday on places in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern casualties of Latakia, and other places in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, but no information about casualties, in conjunction with the arrival of more military reinforcements for the regime forces to the areas and contact lines with the rebel and Islamic factions in preparation for the military operation in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published last night that regime forces returned to target areas in the triangle of Sahl al-Ghab – Lattakia Mountains – Jisr al-Shughur, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored targeting by the regime forces on areas in the village of Jesr Bayt al-Ras in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western sector of Hama countryside, along with renewed shelling by the regime forces on areas in the western sector of Jisr Al-Shughur countryside, where the SOHR monitored the regime forces targeting areas in Al-Najiyeh town and the villages of Kandah and Maraand, as well as other areas in their vicinity, amid artillery targeting by the regime forces to areas in Jabal Al-Akrad, in the northern countryside of Lattakia, without information about casualties.
