More than 90 ISIS terrorists killed since Syrian Army began east Sweida operation

More than 90 Islamic State (ISIS) militants have been killed in east Sweida since the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) began their operation in late July, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.

According to the SOHR, the 90+ Islamic State militants were killed inside the Badiya Al-Sham of east Sweida in the last 22 days.

While the number cannot be verified at this time, it is likely that this estimate by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is very close to the actual number of ISIS terrorists killed.

The Syrian Arab Army has now fully encircled the Islamic State at the Al-Safa Mountain of east Sweida, which is where the terrorist group was expected to make their last stand against the government forces.

ISIS has asked for a ceasefire in order to discuss terms of surrender; however, after a short meeting with the terrorist group, the Syrian Arab Army abandoned the talks and restarted their operations.
