Families of the kidnapped people of al-Suwaidaa accuse groups of the regime of pushing the organization to execute the detainees to force the youths to join regime’s ranks

Al-Suwaidaa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fear increases more among people of al-Suwaidaa for the lives of abductees, who have been detained for the 26th consecutive day in poor humanitarian and health conditions by the “Islamic State” organization, which kidnapped them when it carried out the deadliest and most violent attack at al-Suwaidaa Province, on the 25th of July 2018, and the increase in fears came after the escalation of ground and air targeting on Tlul al-Safa area, which is controlled by the “Islamic State” organization, and after the abductees were supposed to have been handed over to the Russian Forces days ago in exchange for transferring members of the “Islamic State” organization to Homs Desert about a week ago.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the people accusing groups belong to the regime forces of inciting, pushing, and pressuring the Organization to carry out executions against the abductees of al-Suwaidaa, in order to provoke the people of al-Suwaidaa province and push them to join the ranks of the regime forces, and to participate in the next clashes for which the regime forces are preparing in other Syrian areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored regime’s continuation of shelling Tlul al-Safa area in Rif Dimashq Desert on the administrative border with al-Suwaidaa province, in conjunction with continuous clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in places in the vicinity of Tlul al-Safa area, amid exchange of attacks in the clash areas between them, and preliminary information about more casualties, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that it rose to 105, the number of ISIS members who have been killed in the bombings, shelling and clashes since the 25th of July 2018, while it rose to at least 35, the number of members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them who were killed in the same period, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the attack of ISIS in Al-Suwaidaa countryside on the 25th of July 2018, the death of about 142 citizens including 38 women and children, in addition to the killing of 116 people, the majority of whom were of the gunmen villagers who carried the gun to repel the organization’s attack, and a 19-year-old boy was executed by ISIS after being kidnapped along with about 30 others, and a woman died when she was held by ISIS in conditions that still vague so far.
