Thefts, arrests and using fighters in their battles against the factions ignite the resentment of the residents of Hauran amid Russian indifference to the regime’s violations

Daraa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the regime forces are not content with just a violation or a breach, but they continue to carry out their violations before the guarantors, unconcerned to any reaction against them, where the Syrian Observatory monitored that the regime forces carried out more arrests against the fighters of the “reconciliation” factions and against citizens in areas in Daraa countryside, along with their continued processes to impose royalties and looting the possessions and contents of the houses of the villages and towns of Daraa countryside, which resulted in escalating the ctizens’ resentment against the practices of the regime and its daily violations against the citizens of insulting, arrests, looting, thefts and imposing royalties, and what increased the residents’ resentment is the fact that the Russian military police deliberately ignore these violations and breaches, and that they are indifferent to the guarantees they presented during the negotiations with the representatives of Daraa province, and what make things worse is the fact that the regime forces transported tens of fighters of “reconciliation” factions to the contact lines with the factions in both Hama and Idlib.
