The regime forces continue carrying out more arrests against residents of Daraa Province

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the regime forces carried out a raid on citizens’ homes in Inkhil city in the countryside of Daraa, where they arrested 3 people from the city on charge of “arms trafficking” and took them to an unknown destination, but they released them after hours, this comes within the continuous arrests carried out by the regime forces against the former civilians and fighters, since they fully controlled Daraa province, and the Syrian Observatory published on yesterday Sunday that the regime forces are not content with just a violation or a breach, but they continue to carry out their violations before the guarantors, unconcerned to any reaction against them, where the Syrian Observatory monitored that the regime forces carried out more arrests against the fighters of the “reconciliation” factions and against citizens in areas in Daraa countryside, along with their continued processes to impose royalties and looting the possessions and contents of the houses of the villages and towns of Daraa countryside, which resulted in escalating the ctizens’ resentment against the practices of the regime and its daily violations against the citizens of insulting, arrests, looting, thefts and imposing royalties, and what increased the residents’ resentment is the fact that the Russian military police deliberately ignore these violations and breaches, and that they are indifferent to the guarantees they presented during the negotiations with the representatives of Daraa province, and what make things worse is the fact that the regime forces transported tens of fighters of “reconciliation” factions to the contact lines with the factions in both Hama and Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory monitored the regime forces transferring tens of fighters of the faction, which remained and chose the “settlements and reconciliations” with the regime forces in Daraa province to the battlefronts in Idlib province, which is expected to witness a grand battle in the coming days, it also monitored that the factions which carried out “reconciliation” with the regime forces, sent tens of their fighters to fight in the side of the regime forces against the “Islamic State” organization, in Rif Dimashq Desert, at the administrative border with Al-Suwaidaa countryside, after they fought previously in the side of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, in Yarmouk Basin in the western sector of Daraa countryside, where these factions are fighting in the side of the regime forces in the vicinity of Tlul Al-Safa area.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 20th of August 2018 that it rose to more than 53500, the number of people who have been recruited since the beginning of April 2018 from the capital Damascus and Rif Dimashq, within the areas which witnessed deals of demographic change through displacing those who refused the agreement which took place between the factions and representatives of the area and between the regime, with full Russian guarantees, in the south of the capital Damascus, and the cities and towns of Eastern Ghouta, the southern Rif Dimashq, Eastern al-Qalamoun, Zabadani, Wadi Barada, Madaya, the west of Rif Dimashq and al-Tal area in Rif Dimashq, and the intersected sources of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed that the recruitment process had been ordered by the Russian Forces, while fears rise among officers and groups within the regime forces from the Russian forces’ goal of displacement in gaining the side of the remained population within these areas and get closer to them, to make these forces –who are formed from people of the displaced areas– forces loyal to the Russians.
