The regime forces begin the 14th day of the truce with a major breach through launching tens of missiles targeting Sahl al-Ghab northwest of Hama

The pace of violations increased in the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Latakia and Hama on its 14th day, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this morning, the 28th of August 2018, the regime forces targeting by about 32 shells areas in al-Ziyara village in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and other areas in Sahl al-Ghab adjacent to Jisr al-Shughur in the western countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties, these renewed violations come after another shelling by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday which targeted areas in Om al-Khalakhil village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, which increases the violations day after the other, declaring the fragility of this truce and the failure of its guarantors to apply it, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that regime forces returned to violate the Russian – Turkish truce, with completing its 13th day after it was put in effect in Latakia, Aleppo, Hama, and Idlib provinces, on the 15th of August 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Lataminah town, in conjunction with shelling which targeted areas in Hasaraya village and its vicinity, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, and the regime forces also targeted areas in the outskirts of Al-Zakah village, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the cautious calm is prevailing the areas of the supposed truce between the Russians and the Turks in the provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Latakia, and Hama, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored all-around calm prevailing the 4 areas of the truce, after escalated violations to the truce in areas in Aleppo countryside and Hama countryside yesterday after the midnight, last of which was documenting the death of a man as a result of shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Mansurah town in the western countryside of Idlib, and this calm is coincided with intensive overflight of planes for reconnaissance and filming, over the countryside of Idlib, Latakia, and Hama, and the Syrian Observatory published today morning, that The areas of the supposedly Russian – Turkish truce in Idlib, Aleppo, Hama, and Latakia provinces witnesses on its 13th day the continuation of daily violations and at an escalating pace, which increased its fragility and confirms the inability of its guarantors to control it, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored after midnight of yesterday targeting by the regime forces by several shells areas in al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, within the continuation of shelling on the area and the exchange of targeting, and this shelling comes in conjunction with the renewed bringing of military reinforcements by the regime forces to the contact areas in the northern countryside of Hama and the countryside of Latakia, within a planned operation by the regime forces on the area to recover it, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday night that regime forces returned to violate the Russian – Turkish truce, through artillery and rocket shelling which targeted several areas in both Idlib and Hama countryside, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in the vicinity of Kafr Zita town, and other areas in the vicinity of Al-Sakhr village, as well as places in Al-Lataminah town, along with their targeting to areas in the villages of Lahaya and M’aarkaba, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, in conjunction with shelling which targeted areas in Al-Hbit town in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.
