More explosions target areas in Idlib province within the constant security chaos since late April which killed and injured hundreds
Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a violent explosion was heard in Idlib city, it was caused by an IED explosion near al-Kastana roundabout in the city, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, also a child and his father were injured by a mine explosion in Ariha area in the countryside of Idlib, while the Syrian Observatory published hours earlier that the security chaos is still continuing in Idlib province and its vicinity, within the controlled areas of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continued bombings by sleeper cells believed to be of the “Islamic State” organization, where an explosion rocked Ariha area in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, caused by detonating an IED in the west of the area, which resulted in the injury of 2 persons with varying severity, while an IED was detonated by the mine teams in Maarrat Al-Nu’man area, which caused material damage, without information about injuries.
And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored finding the body of 2 fighters of a military leader and an administrative leader of the National Liberation Front of the displaced people of Rif Dimashq, where they were found killed and their bodies were thrown on the outskirts of Mastouma town, located between the cities of Idlib and Ariha, and with the ongoing assassinations and the assassinations attempts which target citizens and Syrian and non-Syrian fighters and commander, the number of casualties increased, where the SOHR has documented since the 26th of April 2018, the death of 294 persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 57 civilians including 9 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 205 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 30 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.
