A suicidal bombing in the northern countryside of Idlib targets Tahrir Al-Sham and leaves casualties raising to 296, the number of citizens and fighters who have been assassinated since late April 2018

The security chaos is continuing in Idlib province and areas in its vicinity, along with the failure of the factions to control the internal situations of their controlled areas, after the increasing in assassinations and the spreading of the cells of the “Islamic State” organization, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that a member of the organization blew himself up using a booby trapped motorcycle, where he targeted a checkpoint of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham in the area of Tal al-Karama near Al-Dana area, in the northern sector of Idlib countryside, which resulted in the death of 2 persons as well as the death of the suicide bomber, while the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of injured cases in serious conditions.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 296, the number of people who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 57 civilians including 9 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 207 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 30 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday, that 2 explosions were heard in the western countryside of Idlib and the southern sector of the countryside of the province, they were caused by the explosion of 2 IEDs one of them was in Al-Saqiyyah neighborhood in Jisr Al-Shughur city, while the other was caused by an IED planted in a vehicle near one of the mosques in Ariha city, which caused material damage and injured one person at least, as a part of the continued security chaos in Idlib province, where the SOHR monitored an explosion of the morning of today Tuesday, the 4th of September 2018, in Jisr al-Shughur city and its outskirts, it turned out to be caused by an explosion of an IED, at the junction of Bashlamoun village on the outskirts of Jisr al-Shughur city in the western countryside of Idlib, which injured 2 people.
