The International Coalition establishes a military base near ISIS last enclave in the east of the Euphrates few days after transporting one of its bases to the nearby area of Al-Bahra

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the sounds of violent explosions in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, intersected sources informed the SOHR that they were caused by bombardment by the International Coalition’s warplanes on areas in Hajin town, and other places in the area of Abu Al-Hassan, in the enclave which is controlled by the “Islamic State” organization, at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, followed by intensive shelling by the Syria Democratic Forces, on areas in the same enclave, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources, that 4 trucks have entered Al-Susah area in ISIS last enclave east of the Euphrates, in conjunction with establishing a base by the International Coalition, at a distance of about 3 km from Al-Susah area, and the SOHR monitored the SDF starting to deploy protection posts in the vicinity of the base.

The Syrian Observatory for Human rights monitored hours ago, the International Coalition planes dropping leaflets over areas that are still under the control of the “Islamic State” organization at the east bank of Euphrates River, in the eastern sector of the countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the Coalition demanded that civilians get out of the areas, and dropping the leaflets came after several members of the “Islamic State” organization were killed and injured in targeting by the International Coalition for sites in al-Shafa area within the besieged enclave east of Euphrates yesterday afternoon, while the Syrian Observatory monitored the Syria Democratic Forces carrying out renewed rocket shelling operations targeting Shafa, Abu Hasan, al-Bobadran, and Hajin town, which are under the control of the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today dawn, Tuesday the 4th of September 2018, a column of the International Coalition, heading to its base in Al-Bahra area in the vicinity of the enclave which is controlled by the “Islamic State” organization, at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where the Syrian Observatory monitored a column including 8 Hummer vehicles, 4 carriers with 4 bulldozers aboard, as well as 5 military trucks carrying missiles, as a part of the ongoing military reinforcements by the International Coalition in the vicinity of this enclave, in preparation for the military operation against the organization, which is being prepared for, by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, also the Syrian Observatory monitored new movements by the International Coalition, in the vicinity of ISIS last enclave in the east of the Euphrates River, where intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that Forces of the Coalition had moved one of their mobile bases to a place near Hajin area within this ISIS enclave, in preparation for the start of the military operation of the International Coalition Forces and the Syria Democratic Forces against ISIS, to end its presence in the entire east of Euphrates River, where the organization is no longer a dominant force  except in the enclave located on the east bank of the river, which includes 4 towns: Hajin, al-Susah, al-Shafa, and al-Baghuz, where these preparations come after the Syria Democratic Forces and the Forces of the International Coalition increased their points of presence in the vicinity of this enclave, and this new move comes in the wake of massive military mobilization, and bringing military reinforcements of hundreds of soldiers and hundreds of vehicles, armored vehicles, machines, and ammunitions, to completely end the presence of the Organization, following repeated failures in breaking in the enclave, as a result of the violent repelling of the attack by the Organization which is in control of this enclave, while the International Coalition had frequently dropped leaflets on areas controlled by the organization, calling civilians to displace and ISIS members to surrender, and after al-Sha’fa crossing was opened and the entry of aid and foodstuffs into ISIS enclave, and the displacement of tens of families of ISIS members, where the non-Syrians were relocated to camps under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces, while the Syrian families were allowed to go out towards other areas of Deir Ezzor Province.
