The Syrian Observatory For Human Rights

In the framework of reinforcing its military strength before ending ISIS east of Euphrates, the International Coalition supports al-Susah base with more equipment and machinery

Deir Ezzor province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the International Coalition Forces continuing to strengthen their military bases in the vicinity of the last enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization east of Euphrates River, where reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the International Coalition in the last 24 hours, have brought more vehicles carrying logistic equipment and several American Hummer vehicles, where they arrived at al-Susah base which is set up by the International Coalition forces several kilometers away of the ISIS-controlled town.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 6th of September 2018 that the Syrian Observatory monitored the International Coalition bringing barbed wire and prefabricated rooms in order to fortify the base which it established at a distance of about 3 km from Al-Susah area, in addition to bringing more military reinforcements in the light of preparations for a military operation with the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside through which they aim to end the presence of the “Islamic State” organization in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Wednesday, that 4 trucks have entered Al-Susah area in ISIS last enclave east of the Euphrates, in conjunction with establishing a base by the International Coalition, at a distance of about 3 km from Al-Susah area, and the SOHR monitored the SDF starting to deploy protection posts in the vicinity of the base.

Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 6th of august 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of more supply batches to the forces of the International Coalition inside the Syrian territory in the eastern Euphrates area, where the area witnessed the entry of more than 150 trucks carrying logistic equipment, armored vehicles, and machinery and headed toward areas of presence of the International Coalition within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, raising to 1900, the number of trucks that have entered the east of Euphrates since the beginning of August 2018, and the introduction of this huge quantity of equipment, armored vehicles, and weapons comes as part of expanding the military bases and airports by International Coalition in the areas of al-Hasakah, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah, and the countryside of Aleppo, to strengthen, enhance and fortify them.
