Warplanes of the regime and Russia have been absent for 24 hours from the airspace of Hama and Idlib countryside following intense aerial and ground bombardment by more than 1400 shells, barrels, and raids

Most of the Russian – Turkish truce areas in Idlib, Latakia, Hama, and Aleppo have been in a state of cautious calm since after midnight of yesterday until now, intersected by the fall of shells before the afternoon of today, Tuesday, launched by the regime forces on places in al-Lataminah town and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, also a shelling targeted areas in Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, while the airstrikes on the countryside of Hama and Idlib have stopped since about 24 hours ago, after the warplanes started their airstrike last Tuesday, the 4th of September 2018, and the Syrian Observatory documented the rise of number of people who were killed to at least 26 civilian casualties, they are 15 civilians including 5 children and 2 women; were killed in shelling and bombardment by warplanes, helicopters, and the regime forces on both al-Hbit and its surroundings, Qal’aat al-Madiq, al-Twinah, al-Serj, al-Halba, and the vicinity of Abdeen in in the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 11 casualties including a woman and 3 of her children and their grandmother in addition to 2 children sisters and another woman were killed in a massacre claimed by a faction called Ansar al-Tawhid, which is inhabited by the majority of Christian citizens north of Hama, also, it rose to 320 , the number of raids and barrel bombs which were carried out in the past 3 days, where the warplanes have carried out 130 raids at least, which targeted the northern countryside of Hama and both southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, and the regime’s helicopters also dropped at least 190 explosive barrels on the same areas, amid shelling by more than 1100 artillery and rocket shells, within the most violent airstrikes and ground shelling in weeks on the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce, while the heavy bombardment and shelling resulted in the displacement of more than 10000 people within Idlib province, where they moved to areas in the northern countryside of Idlib, and the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, away of areas of contact with the regime forces, after the Russian – Turkish truce witnessed in its 26th, 25th and 24th days the heaviest and most violent violations that caused casualties and material losses, while a large number of families have returned to their villages after the decrease of shelling.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia, are witnessing a caution calm that has been continuing since the midnight of Monday – Tuesday, along with the continuation of the Russian – Turkish truce to be applied in these four areas, where calm has been prevailing all of the areas, with the exception of shelling by the regime forces which targeted an area near Kafr Nabudah in the northern countryside of Hama, also this calm comes with the return of a large number of families to their cities, towns and villages, from which they have been displaced in the past few days, as a result of the insane escalation of aerial and ground shelling, where families returned to Jisr Al-Shughur and its countryside in the western countryside of Idlib, also Sahl Al-Ghab witnessed the return of a number of families, and the Syrian Observatory has monitored since the beginning of September 2018, the displacement of 10000 persons at least towards nearby towns and border areas and villages in the western countryside of Hama in addition to Afrin, which took place with escalating the aerial and rocket shelling on Idlib and Hama.
