Turkish – Russian truce continues with more violations through a renewed ground shelling by the regime forces on its areas

The Russian – Turkish truce in Hama, Aleppo, Idlib, and Latakia continues to take place with sporadic violations in its areas, and other than that a cautious calm prevails the area, where the Syrian Observatory monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday and this morning, where the shelling this morning targeted al-Tamanah town and the vicinity of al-Khazzanat area in the southern countryside of Idlib and places near Tal Wasit in Sahl al-Ghab, also the shelling targeted areas after midnight of yesterday in the vicinity of Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory monitored a demonstration yesterday evening, Tuesday, in the border town of Darkush with Turkey west of Idlib, where the demonstrators demanded the overthrow of the regime and denounce the international silence, and the Syrian Observatory published in the past hours that calm returned hours ago to prevail the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce, within the provinces of Hama, Idlib Aleppo and Lattakia, and the Syrian Observatory monitored cautious calm except artillery targeting which hit areas in Al-Khwaiyn village in the south-eastern sector of Idlib countryside, without information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces targeting areas of the Russian –Turkish truce, where the shelling targeted areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with successive shelling targeted al-Ferja area in the southern countryside of Idlib, as part of the renewed artillery and aerial shelling, in conjunction with the continued absence of warplanes and helicopters since 1 p.m. on Monday, the 10th of September 2018, and no information about casualties, and the shelling comes hours after a round of shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Tal Bajer in the southern province of Idlib countryside, also the regime forces launched more than 40 shells on places in the areas of al-Khader, Kabana, and al-Sermaniyyeh in the northeastern mountains of Latakia and on areas between them and Sahl al-Ghab northwest of Hama, while the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of Zarzour and Om al-Khalakhil in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with shelling targeted areas in Lahaya village and al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about injuries, while a fighter of a faction working in Idlib countryside died affected by injuries he had in an aerial bombardment on areas in southern countryside of Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that most of the Russian – Turkish truce areas in Idlib, Latakia, Hama, and Aleppo have been in a state of cautious calm since after midnight of yesterday until now, intersected by the fall of shells before the afternoon of today, Tuesday, launched by the regime forces on places in al-Lataminah town and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, also a shelling targeted areas in Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, while the airstrikes on the countryside of Hama and Idlib have stopped since about 24 hours ago, after the warplanes started their airstrike last Tuesday, the 4th of September 2018, and the Syrian Observatory documented the rise of number of people who were killed to at least 26 civilian casualties, they are 15 civilians including 5 children and 2 women; were killed in shelling and bombardment by warplanes, helicopters, and the regime forces on both al-Hbit and its surroundings, Qal’aat al-Madiq, al-Twinah, al-Serj, al-Halba, and the vicinity of Abdeen in in the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 11 casualties including a woman and 3 of her children and their grandmother in addition to 2 children sisters and another woman were killed in a massacre claimed by a faction called Ansar al-Tawhid, which is inhabited by the majority of Christian citizens north of Hama, also, it rose to 320 , the number of raids and barrel bombs which were carried out in the past 3 days, where the warplanes have carried out 130 raids at least, which targeted the northern countryside of Hama and both southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, and the regime’s helicopters also dropped at least 190 explosive barrels on the same areas, amid shelling by more than 1100 artillery and rocket shells, within the most violent airstrikes and ground shelling in weeks on the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce, while the heavy bombardment and shelling resulted in the displacement of more than 10000 people within Idlib province, where they moved to areas in the northern countryside of Idlib, and the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, away of areas of contact with the regime forces, after the Russian – Turkish truce witnessed in its 26th, 25th and 24th days the heaviest and most violent violations that caused casualties and material losses, while a large number of families have returned to their villages after the decrease of shelling.
