Two days after warnings of security personnel of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham from a battle against them because of the flags, Jabal al-Zawiyah witness a state of alert and arrests a negotiating committee was able to resolve

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the tension prevails villages of Josef and Eblin in Jabal al-Zawiyah against the backdrop of verbal altercations and shootings followed by arrests between Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the National Liberation Front, and according to the information the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received: two families in the town of Joseph; one of whom is a supporter of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the other supports the National Liberation Front, where verbal altercations took place between them, against the backdrop of rising the flag of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham by the loyal family in a demonstration last Friday, the dispute evolved between both family to a shooting after that members of both parties (Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the National Liberation Front) came and they started arresting each other, then the area of dispute widened and both factions reached Eblin village, and they also made similar arrests against each other.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a reconciliation committee was able to resolve the dispute between both parties after midnight of yesterday, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained a copy of a statement of the reconciliation between Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the National Liberation Front, it says:

“The brothers representatives of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and representatives of the National Liberation Front have met, and it was agreed to solve the outstanding problems in Jabal al-Zawiyah (Eblin – Josef) in accordance to the following terms:

1. To release all detainees of both parties directly with their full belongings.
2. Forming a committee in constant and continuous contact between all partiers to solve any problem immediately.
3. Regarding the problem of Eblin; the work to activate the former committee to resolve the problem, and all parties commit to follow the solution.”

Where the area has been witnessing a cautious calm since midnight of yesterday, along with alerts on checkpoints of both parties in the area.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received sound clips on Friday, the 14th of September 2018, intersected sources said that they belong to the leader of the security force of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in Idlib city, in which he stated:

“Coordinate with those responsible for the demonstrations and tell them that we are with you, your brothers, and what you need, we are with you to protect you, the speak is free so why not saying a word of good, and they will say we do not need anything so tell them we will demonstrate with you, and we are Muslims and demand the overthrow of the regime, also there is a very important issue should not appear in the western media, that the people are making us their enemy, and that the people have dropped our banner and they run over it, so be careful, if a banner was risen; there will be someone who will pull it down and run over it, and it will appear on the western media that they have run over the banner of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, this is a big issue, this means that the battle will be against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the future, and the people ready to declare the battle in demonstrations, so if the people pulled our banner in front of the media; this means that the battle has been prepared against us, let them raise the banner of the revolution, and we will show them on the fronts of clashes who fight and stay patience to support the religion of Allah, and sacrifice their blood for the blood of Muslims and keeping their honor, and the majority say that the axis in battle is Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and if Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham is gone, then the Syrian north is gone, you have there people with their own purposes, and many people say this as well but they forget if they get angry, but we must reduce the sedition and be a bulwark between the general Muslims -and most of them are ignorant- and between the seditions, and the officials in Idlib and its countryside have to alert for not raising flags of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and to reassure the demonstrators that no flags of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham will be risen, and that any member of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham or their supporters will go out to overthrow the regime, and any person who raises the flag -of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham- will be arrested and investigated about his identity and goals of raising the flag of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and you must coordinate and cooperate with each other and with supervisors of the demonstrations, because we do not want to have things that may separate us then have these things thrown at Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, because it is intended to provoke sedition because of us.”
