The security chaos continues in Idlib Province and its supervisors fail to control its security

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the security chaos in Idlib Province and other areas in its vicinity continues, as a result of the continuation of the cells responsible for assassinations and bombings for their operations, and the supervising authorities of the area are still unable to identify their identities or reach the executors, or even stop or decrease the frequency of the violations, and the Syrian Observatory monitored today, Sunday, the 16th of September 2018, the explosion of an IED on the road linking the towns of Kafr Nubl and Kansafra in the southern countryside of Idlib province, which caused material damage but no information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory monitored yesterday, Saturday, the explosion of an IED in Sarmin town east of Idlib city, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory monitored the assassination of a member believed to be a member of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, where he was shot in the northern countryside of Idlib.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that it rose to 305, the number of people who have been assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside, since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 60 civilians including 9 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 211 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 31 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.
