The regime forces shell Al-Lataminah area and other places in the northern sector of Hama countryside hours after concentrating their shelling over Sahl Al-Ghab area

The regime forces returned to violate the Russian – Turkish truce which has been continuing for the 6 consecutive week, since it was put on effect on the 15th of August 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in the outskirts of M’aarkaba village in the northern countryside of Hama, followed by artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in the outskirts and vicinity of Al-Lataminah and places in Tal Othman area, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published today, Thursday the 20th of September 2018, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on Thursday the 20th of September 2018, where they shelled areas in al-Ziyara town, al-Sermaniyyeh town, and al-Mansoura area in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and this shelling comes after targeting al-Sermaniyyeh area this morning Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and Abu Ra’idah village in the northern countryside of Hama.

And the Syrian Observatory also monitored that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and other supporting parties continuing their fortifications of their points and sites in Kabbani area in the Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, after the organization was instructed by the Turkish side to participate in the fortification, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday night that cautious calm has been prevailing the areas of the Turkish-Russian truce in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia, since afternoon of today, Wednesday, after a series of breaches since last night represented by shelling and clashes in Aleppo countryside, as well as rocket shelling by the regime forces which targeted Hama countryside, where the Syrian Observatory published in the past hours, that places in al-Lataminah town and its outskirts in the northern countryside of Hama were under rocket shelling by the regime forces Wednesday afternoon, but no information about casualties, thus, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a new breach in the Russian – Turkish truce, which takes place in the four provinces of Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, and Latakia without a movement by its guarantors, but other than that the cautious calm continues throughout the truce areas.

And the Syrian Observatory has documented the death of 57 persons who killed since the 15th of August until today the 16th of September 2018, they are: 3 citizens including 2 children were killed in barrel bombs bombardment by regime’s helicopters, 15 citizens including 5 children and 2 women were killed in shelling by the regime forces’ artillery and missile shells on areas of the Turkish – Russian truce in Idlib, Hama, and Aleppo, and 17 citizens including 7 children and 4 citizens were killed in bombardment by Russian warplanes, also the casualties were killed in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, and Aleppo, the overwhelming majority of them were in Idlib and Hama, and 9 fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions were killed in aerial bombardment and shelling by the regime forces on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, also 13 citizens including 6 children and 5 citizens were killed in the fall of shells launched by Ansar al-Tawhid faction on the regime forces-controlled city of Muhradah in the northwestern countryside of Hama and the fall of a shell on Aleppo city, and tens of others were injured with varying severity.
