More explosions hit Idlib province within the continued security chaos in it

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the explosion of 2 IEDs today evening, Friday, where the first IED exploded near Maarrat Al-Nu’man city in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, while the other exploded in Sarmin town in the north-east of Idlib, without information until now about casualties caused by these explosions, where the explosions come in the wake of the security chaos in Idlib province within the controlled areas of the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, and the Syrian Observatory published today, Friday, that an explosion shook Saraqib town in the east of Idlib Province on Friday morning, the 21st of September 2018, it turned out to be caused by an IED device in the town targeted a leader in the faction of al-Sham Legion, which caused him serious injuries and information about his death, also unidentified gunmen shot at a young man in Sarmin area, the sources said that he was a former fighter in the factions operating in the area,  and with more human casualties it rose to 310, the number of people who have been assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside, since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 61 civilians including 9 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 216 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 31 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.

And these assassinations come in the wake of the continued security chaos in the controlled areas of the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham in Idlib province, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more security operations which returned to escalate after the execution which was carried out against members belonging to cells of the organization, who were executed by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham hours ago, after they were arrested in the recent few weeks, against the backdrop of the wide-scale security campaigns in order to control the security chaos and end it and to regain stability in Idlib province and the other areas around and adjacent it, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; unidentified gunmen detonated an IED targeting a security commander in Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, which caused material Damage, while the bodies of 3 persons were found intersected sources said that they are fighters of Islamic movements and displaced from the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, on the road to Harbanush area in the northern sector of Idlib countryside, and they were killed after they had been kidnapped.

And the Syrian Observatory also published hours ago, that it monitored Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham carrying out new executions against persons who are accused of belonging to sleeper cells of the organization and responsible for carrying out assassinations inside Idlib province and in both Hama and Aleppo provinces, where the SOHR monitored Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham executing 5 persons, sources confirmed that they were executed Al-Zirbah area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, on charge of “belonging to cells of the Islamic State organization”, and members of Tahrir Al-Sham shot them, after they were arrested previously within the campaign of arrests which targeted tens of persons on charge of these accusations, and which sometimes witnessed violent clashes between members of these cells and members of Tahrir Al-Sham, as well as the executions that used to be carried out directly, or through mass targeting to positions and headquarters of these cells, and this is the first execution to be carried out within the Russian – Turkish demilitarized area, which was specified within the Russian – Turkish agreement that recently reached.
