In the light of factions’ failure to control security, ISIS cells continue to wreak havoc with new bombings

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: despite the raids and arrests carried out by the rebel and Islamic factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and despite all the security measures taken by these factions to control security in Idlib province and its countryside; the security chaos still tops the scene reflecting the failure of the security authorities to maintain the security of the area, which includes millions of residents and tens of thousands of displaced people, where this failure has decreased security and manifested by more assassinations, kidnappings, explosion of IEDs, and shootings by unidentified assailants, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights  this morning the 26th of September 2018, the explosion of an IED in a car of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham near Salqeen city northwest of Idlib countryside, which caused material damage but no Information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published the night of the 24th of September 2018 that an explosion was heard in Saraqib area in the eastern countryside of Idlib this morning, it turned out to be caused by a bomb explosion south of Saraqib town which killed at least one person, and with the fall of more human losses, it rose to 316, the number of people who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 62 civilians including 9 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 220 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 32 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.
