The revenge of ISIS for its loss and oil continues by assassinating more people and SDF members in Deir Ezzor Province

The inflamed ashes of ISIS under the rubble is still reaping more lives of SDF fighters, whether through direct killings, improvised explosive devices, or kidnapping, where the organization’s fighters appear only through the traces of their operations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the assassination of 2 members of the Syria Democratic Forces from Mashikh village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor by unknown gunmen -who are believed to be belong to ISIS-, this assassination took place during the hours of last night, at the outskirts of the railway near al-Busayrah town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, while the bodies of 3 people were found in al-B’er al-Azraq area in Deir Ezzor desert shot in the head. These and previous operations are part of the revenge of the “Islamic State” Organization for its loss in the east of Euphrates as well as the oil in the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 24th of September 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new assassinations and attempted killings in areas in Deir Ezzor Province, within the series of retaliations by the “Islamic State” organization for its loss of east of Euphrates and oil in the area, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the assassination of the first woman who was working in the security forces of the Syria Democratic Forces, where unidentified gunmen shot the woman who volunteered in the ranks of the public security forces (and she is from al-Zerr village) when she was going to al-Busayrah area, which injured her seriously, also the Syrian Observatory monitored unidentified gunmen opening fire on 2 members of the SDF, in which one of them was killed while the other was injured with varying severity, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, that a violent explosion was heard in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, caused by the explosion of a booby trapped vehicle in Gharanij town which is located in the east of the Euphrates River, and local sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that the explosion took place while a vehicle of the Syria Democratic Forces was passing by, where the a booby trapped vehicle was parked at the side of the road, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, as a part of the continued revenge operations by the “Islamic State” organization against the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition, after the Syrian Observatory published in the past few hours that bodies of 4 unidentified people were found killed by sharp objects in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor Province, where 2 bodies were found in al-Mweileh and al-Nmaliye, while the remaining 2 bodies were found in al-Rbiydah area, also the Observatory monitored an assassination attempt against a local leader of Syria Democratic Forces, where gunmen shot him in al-Sajar village which injured a person, while the Syrian Observatory received information that members of the “Islamic State” organization entered al-Hriji village about 48 hours ago, where they entered the village’s mosque located in the countryside of al-Suwar town in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and they prayed the Fajr prayers at the village’s mosque then withdrew from the village towards their areas, amid fears that cells or a group of cells could carry out reprisals in the villages of Deir Ezzor countryside, where large numbers of residents and displaced people are present, after the Syrian Observatory was informed by residents that members of the organization from the countryside of Deir Ezzor spoke about the presence of hundreds of members of these cells within Deir Ezzor, and that they are moving according to a planned tactic.

And the SOHR published on the 31st of August 2018 that the “Islamic State” organization distributing leaflets inside a village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, as part of movements of these cells in areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: members of ISIS cells hanged leaflets in al-Sabha village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, threatening to “Qisas ” of all dealers with Syria Democratic Forces and the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the oil field, in a renew of threat operations by the organization by the same way in the last 2 weeks, while reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the countryside of Deir Ezzor is witnessing a large presence of former members of the “Islamic State” organization, some of whom claimed that they retired fighting and left the organization, and then returned to deal with the organization as “sleeper cells”, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored during the past days that the “Islamic State” Organization continues through its cells east of Euphrates River carrying out more reprisal operations, “in retaliation for the loss of oil and the east of Euphrates”, where the sources confirmed that the organization and since its distribution of leaflets in cities and towns controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor; has been carrying out sporadic bombings, shootings, and attacks in scattered areas east of Euphrates, like assassination attempts against members of the Syria Democratic Forces and the Self-Defense Forces, and those who cooperate with and deal with the Syria Democratic Forces in the oil trade, where the retaliations were attacks on shops, cafes, cigarette shops, and clothing shops, and the local sources of the Syrian Observatory confirmed that members of the sleeper cells of the Organization are planting the organization’s banners and flags in towns and villages in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, and in order for the banner to be planted for as long as possible with the purpose of “angering the people”, ISIS mines the banners so that the citizens cannot approach them until they are dismantled by Syria Democratic Forces, ISIS also targets by using shoulder-mounted missiles.
