After releasing 27 children and women of the people detained by an armed group of al-Suwaidaa, negotiations continue about al-Suwaidaa abductees held by ISIS

Al-Suwaidaa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: regime’s authorities and the “Islamic State” organization continue to negotiate on the fate of abducted of al-Suwaidaa countryside, who have been held by the Organization since the 25th of July 2018, intersected sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that although the elections have gone far in terms of initial consensus in proceeding with negotiations again after several previous failures; no consensus has yet been reached on the release of the about 30 abducted children and women, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored gunmen of the countryside of al-Suwaidaa releasing 12 children and 15 women of the Bedouin tribes in al-Suwaidaa countryside who were held by these armed groups, and they were released under a mediation by the Russian Forces.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the release of abductees of Al-Suwaidaa Bedouins, who were held hostage by a local force of the people of Al-Suwaidaa province, after they were kidnapped weeks ago, and intersected sources confirmed to the SOHR that the release came after Russian mediation as well as mediators of al-Aqel Sheikhs of the Druze sect, and the reliable sources confirmed that 10  citizen women and 8 children who were held hostage by local gunmen of the countryside of Al-Suwaidaa province, were released, and this release process is coincided with the underway negotiations between the “Islamic State” organization and the regime’s authorities via mediators, in order to reach a conclusive agreement about releasing the abductees of Al-Suwaidaa, of women and children who were kidnapped on the 25th of July 2018.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that the negotiations are still continuing between the Syrian regime and between the “Islamic State” organization, through mediators, in order to release tens of abductees of the villages of the eastern countryside of Al-Suwaidaa province, where intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the negotiations between the both parties managed to achieve progress and reached advanced stages, amid anticipations for reaching a conclusive agreement provides on releasing Al-Suwaidaa abductees whose number reaches about 30 persons who were kidnapped on the 25th of July 2018, in return for conditions imposed by the organization, sources suggested that they are related to the exit of the organization from Tlul Al-Safa which is located on the administrative border between both deserts of Rif Dimashq and Al-Suwaidaa, and the release of female abductees linked to the “Islamic State” organization.

The Syrian Observatory has monitored the continuation of escalated resentment among the civilians and gunmen of al-Suwaidaa province, against the indefinite procrastination by authorities of the regime of Bashar al-Assad and the Russian Forces on the Syrian territory in the release of abductees of al-Suwaidaa Province, where they have been kidnapped by the “Islamic State” organization since the 25th of July 2018, and the Syrian Observatory monitored a State of discontent; where the protesters in al-Suwaidaa expressed their resentment during the past 24 hours on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of the deadliest and most violent attack and the abduction that took place in al-Suwaidaa Province, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the sit-in; in which the civilians spoke:

“It is not difficult to know the place of abductees, the whole regime, the Russians, and Iranians are the first people responsible for this kidnapping and for the lives of the abductees, and where our women are is known, and we are sure that they are in one of the security branches or in the western sector of Daraa countryside, and the regime moved ISIS Organization from Yarmouk Camp to al-Suwaidaa Desert on board of airconditioned buses to be a scarecrow for the people of al-Suwaidaa, we are al-Suwaidaa people if we erupt we will ruin the world, and we will tear down the security branches if they want to transfer ISIS fighters to get them into al-Suwaidaa and wreak havoc, and every member of the organization came with a rifle and a magazine; who financed them and where did the weapon come from?! the regime is the one who financed them and brought them to strike al-Suwaidaa and the blood shed of al-Suwaidaa people are on the regime”, the SOHR also documented 298 casualties of ISIS members who have been killed in the bombings, shelling and clashes since the 25th of July 2018, while it documented the death of at least 151 members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them who were killed in the same period, including members of the Lebanese Hezbollah among them a Lebanese commander as well as officers of the regime forces with varying ranks the highest of which are Major Generals, and the clashes also resulted in the injury of hundreds others with varying severity, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of about 142 citizens including 38 women and children, who were executed or shot by the “Islamic State” organization, in addition to the killing of 116 people, the majority of whom were of the gunmen villagers who carried the gun to repel the organization’s attack, and a 19-year-old boy was executed by ISIS after being kidnapped along with about 30 others, and a woman died when she was held by ISIS in conditions that still vague so far.
