The regime forces continue breaching the Russian – Turkish truce applied in 4 provinces by targeting places within the “disarmament” areas and near it in the countryside of Idlib and Hama

The regime forces continue to violate the Russian – Turkish truce applied in Hama, Idlib, Aleppo and Latakia, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling out by the regime forces targeted areas in the vicinity of al-Tamanah and Sukayk towns in the southern countryside of Idlib and the eastern outskirts of Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, where these areas are included within the disarmament area which is supposed to take place in accordance with the Russian – Turkish agreement between Erdogan and Putin, which has not taken place yet despite the fact that the meeting was carried more than 15 days after announcing it by Erdogan and Putin, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce are witnessing more violations, as the scope of violations expanded including all the areas where the truce is applied, which are Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, monitored that the regime forces targeted areas in the north-western outskirts of Aleppo city, without information about human losses, while the regime forces also opened the fire of their heavy machineguns on areas in the vicinity of Al-Latatminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning, that it monitored missile shelling by the regime forces on Tuesday morning on places in Sukayk village, in the southern countryside of Idlib, to break again the Turkish – Russian truce which is taking place in the areas of Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia, which witnessed a calm in most of its areas since after midnight of yesterday until this morning, also the Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored calm prevailing the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, interrupted by a breach by the regime forces which targeted areas in the countryside of Hama province, where the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting by the regime forces by heavy machineguns to areas in Abu Ra’idah village in the north-western countryside of Hama, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored exchange of targeting between the regime forces against the factions in the northern countryside of Lattakia, where the factions targeted by several rocket shells, places and positions under the control of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in the areas of Nakhshaba, Qal’aat Shalaf and other positions in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Lattakia, while the regime forces targeted the factions’ controlled areas in Jabal Al-Akrad, without information about casualties so far.

And this targeting comes 2 days after similar targeting in the area, where the Syrian Observatory published on Saturday the 29th of September 2018, that it monitored exchange of targeting and shelling between the regime forces against the factions in the countryside of Hama, Idlib and Lattakia, where the regime forces shelled places in Al-Buwaydah village and the vicinity of Al-lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as other places in the countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city in the western countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also targeted intensively by rocket shells, places in the area of Jabal Al-Akrad and other positions under the factions’ control in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Lattakia, while the factions targeted areas controlled by the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in the northern countryside of Lattakia by several rocket shells, where a missile fell on an area in Dagherion village at Aleppo – Lattakia Highway, while the other rocket shells targeted Ikku village and other areas controlled by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Lattakia, and no information about casualties was reported yet.
