The Syrian Observatory For Human Rights

After fighting for 36 hours between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against the National Liberation Front near the “demilitarized zone”…an agreement between the both parties brings the calm back to the area after the death of 10 persons

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: after fighting that lasted for 36 hours between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against the National Liberation Front, in the western countryside of Aleppo province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored calm prevailing the area, where this calm is coincided with reaching an agreement between the both parties through mediators in order to stop the fighting which led to the death of 3 citizens including 2 child girls and 6 fighters of Tahrir Al-Sham and the National Liberation Front, where the Syrian Observatory has received a copy of an agreement reached between the both parties signed by a representative of each party, where it says:

“It was agreed between the brothers in the National Liberation Front and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham with regard to the recent problem on the following terms:

The withdrawal of military aspects and the return of the civil life to what it used to be in the areas where the conflict took place

The immediate release of the detainees of each party who were arrested against the backdrop of the recent actions, and the immediate pursuit of those who are wanted for justice

With regard to the citizens and their rights, they will be attributable to a judicial committee agreed to be formed within one week of the date of this statement

Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham will guarantee the agreed cease-fire of (Miznaz – Al-Mashtal) and bear the responsibility of the casualties and confiscations”

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that fighting is continuing for the second consecutive day in the western countryside of Aleppo Province between the National Liberation Front against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham where the clashes are concentrated in Kafr Noran area in the western countryside of Aleppo, as a part of the ongoing attacks by Tahrir Al-Sham on the area, where it managed in the past hours to take the control of Miznaz village and its bushes, after clashes against the National Liberation Front, the SOHR also monitored displacement of citizens from the areas which witnessed tensions and fighting between the both parties, amid resentment of residents against the backdrop of this fighting which have continued since yesterday.

And the Syrian Observatory has documented the death of 3 fighters of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham of who were killed in this fighting, while it rose to 3 including a military commander in the National Liberation Front, the number of its fighters who were killed during the first 24 hours of fighting, amid continuous state of alert and mobilization among both parties, in an attempt by each party to advance at the expense of the other, while the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3 citizens (two of them are girls of the same family) in the same fighting, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the tension escalated in the western sector of Aleppo countryside, along with a mobilization witnessed in the area by the National Liberation Front, where intersected sources confirmed that 3 columns of more than 40 vehicles carrying tens of members of the National Liberation Front, headed from Afrin and the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, to the western sector of Aleppo countryside, in order to confront Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham which has attacked since early morning, Friday the 5th of October 2018, the village of Kafr Halab in the western sector of Aleppo countryside, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the continued skirmishes and clashes in the areas of Tal’adah, , Tadil, and the area of Miznaz – Kafrnuran.
