Areas of the Russian – Turkish truce witness more targeting and violation of renewed shelling targets north Hama

Violations continue to in the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces again, threatening to consume it and making it uncontrollable in the future, in the light of the inaction of its guarantors in reducing these violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting areas in the vicinity al-Lataminah town, which is located within the buffer area in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that regime forces renewed the violations of the Russian – Turkish truce which is taking place in areas at Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday targeted places in Tal Osman and al-Bana in the northern countryside of Hama and places in al-Sermaniyyeh areas in Sahl al-Ghab, and other places in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, but no information about casualties, where the regime forces did not only violet the Russian – Turkish truce but also targeted towns and villages located within the buffer area, which was agreed upon between Putin and Erdogan.

 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, which have been put on effect since the 15th of August 2018, are witnessing more breaches, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations to areas where the agreement of the heavy weapon disarmament is supposed to be implemented, in the northern mountains of Lattakia, as after sporadic artillery shelling by the regime forces, which is continuing targeting areas in Jabal Al-Akrad and Jabal Al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Lattakia, the factions tended to target positions of the regime forces in the area of Tal Rashu, where the shells targeted a vehicle of the regime forces, which killed a member of the regime forces and injured more than 6 others with varying severity, and some of them are in serious cases, which may raise the death toll, after the SOHR monitored renewed violation in Lattakia countryside, where the regime forces  targeted areas on the outskirts of al-Sarraf village located in Jabal al-Turkman, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that cautious calm returned to areas of control of the Turkish – Russian truce in Latakia, Hama, Aleppo, and Idlib, after series of violations that they had until midnight of yesterday, where the truce areas continue to witness calm since after midnight of yesterday until now, interrupted by the fall of shells sporadically launched by the regime forces after midnight on places in the Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, in addition to morning shelling targeted areas in the villages of Mansoura and Tal Wasit in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwest countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more breaches to the agreement of the Russian – Turkish truce which is applied in the provinces of Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and latakia, where the SOHR monitored that the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Lataminah town and the surrounding lands, in conjunction with shelling which targeted areas in Al-Bernas village in the northern mountains of Lattakia, amid targeting by factions operating in the area to positions of the regime in the areas of Kabanah and Qal’aat Shalaf in the northern sector of Lattakia countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored more breaches represented by targeting by the regime forces to areas in the agricultural lands between Lahaya village and Murak town as well as other areas in the lands linking between Al-Zakah village and Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also targeted areas near Bdama town in the western sector of Idlib countryside, also, a fighter of the rebel factions died affected by the injury he had in earlier shelling by the regime forces about a week ago, on areas in the northern countryside of Hama.

And the Syrian Observatory published on Thursday, that the buffer area of which its steps are supposed to begin by the disarmament, is still expected to be carried out on the 10th of October 2018, where it came following the Russian – Turkish agreement emanated from the meeting between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the 17th of September 2018, and the Syrian Observatory continues to monitor more details of the demilitarized area, where activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the Turkish authorities informed the rebel and Islamic factions close to it, that they have to hand over a list of names and numbers of their fighters, accompanied by the type of weapon each of their fighters possesses, where all of those who are not on the list or who do not have a weapon will be excluded within the buffer area and outside of it, which since the Putin – Erdogan meeting more than 19 days; has not seen except continued reinforcements by the Turkish forces for it, in addition to the withdrawal of al-Sham Corps Faction –the closest faction to Turkey on the 30th of September 2018– for some of its heavy weapons from the Khalsa area in the southern countryside of Aleppo adjacent to the northern countryside of Idlib Province, in addition to the western suburbs of Aleppo, al-Mansoura and al-Rashedin.
