An assassination targets the medical officer in an army operating in Idlib countryside raising to 347, the number of citizens and fighters and commanders of different nationalities who have been killed since late April

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of the security chaos in Idlib province, and the continued fall of daily human losses, as a result of the operations that are being carried out by sleeper cells of the “Islamic State” organization and other cells that carry out assassinations by profession in the province and the countryside around and adjacent to it, where the Syrian Observatory monitored an IED explosion which targeted the medical officer in Jaysh Al-Ahrar, which caused his death, in Al-Fu’ah area in the eastern countryside of Idlib which used to be inhabited by citizens of Shiite community before they were displaced from the area, raising to at least 347, the number of persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 67 civilians including 11 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 240 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 38 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.

And the Syrian Observatory published today morning that it monitored the explosion of an IED on Wednesday morning, the 10th of October 2018, in a car of a commander in the National Liberation Front in Saraqib town in the eastern countryside of Idlib, which wounded him severely, also unknown gunmen abducted 2 men yesterday night from Jarjanaz town in in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and their fate remains unknown until now, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen have assassinated a commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, after shooting him in the countryside of Idlib province, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; unidentified gunmen shot a security commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham of an Arab nationality, within the southern countryside of Idlib province, which caused his death.
