Casualties and wounded in the ranks of the regime forces as result of the ongoing breaches within the buffer area less than 48 hours before the end of the deadline for the “jihadis” to leave

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the consequences of the recent breaches in the area of Sahl Al-Ghab, in the north-western sector of Hama countryside, within the demilitarized zone, which have been agreed upon after reaching a consensus between Russia and Turkey, where the shells fired by the factions operating in Jurin area which is located within the demilitarized zone, resulted in the death of 2 members at least of the regime forces as well as the injury of others with varying severity, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed shelling that targeted areas in Al-Ziyarah town within the demilitarized zone in the area of Sahl Al-Ghab, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored breaches by the regime forces to the Russian – Turkish truce, through targeting the demilitarized areas in Sahl Al-Ghab which is located in the north-western sector of Hama countryside, where the Syrian Observatory monitored successive shelling by the regime forces on Al-Mansurah, Tal Waset, Al-Qahira, Al-Ziyarah, Ziadiyah and Zayzun, which resulted in the injury of a child in Zayzun village, and the intersected sources confirmed that the regime forces which are concentrated in the demilitarized zone, have not withdrawn any of their heavy weapons but they remained in the area with Russian guarantees, to target the controlled areas of the factions that have disarmed their heavy weapons whether through withdrawing them or hiding them in the demilitarized area, while the Syrian Observatory monitored that the factions targeted the positions of the regime forces and the areas of Al-Bahsa and Al-Mashari’ in Sahl Al-Ghab, and the Syrian Observatory published today morning, Saturday, that the regime forces targeted using heavy machine guns areas on outskirts of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama after midnight of yesterday, in a new breach of the Russian – Turkish truce applied in areas at Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, but other than that, the cautious calm prevails areas of truce and the demilitarized area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that there has been no change in this area, where the factions -without exception- maintain their presence within their positions and points of deployment, amid a state of cautious anticipation as the period of time given for the exit of “Jihadi Groups” out of the buffer area almost ends, where they are supposed to get out of the buffer area approved by an agreement between Erdogan and Putin.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Friday, that regime forces returned to breach the Russian – Turkish truce, targeting places in the buffer area, which stretches from the north-eastern mountains of Lattakia to the north-western suburbs of Aleppo, passing through both Hama and Idlib countryside, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting by heavy machineguns, areas in al-Jisat village in the northern sector of Hama countryside, which is located in the buffer demilitarized zone, which was agreed upon after consensus between Russia and Turkey, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area, which is stretching from the northeastern mountains of Latakia through Hama and Idlib to the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city; are witnessing anticipation as less than 72 hours remained for Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the “Jihadi” factions to get their members out of the buffer area, which was agreed upon by the Russians and Turks, where the factions withdrew their entire heavy weapons from the buffer area and concealed it in it, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has not yet monitored any signs or indications of the possibility of getting the factions out of the demilitarized area until now, despite the promises made to Turkey earlier by “jihadi” and Islamic factions, that they will withdraw from the buffer area and implement the Turkish – Russian agreement, and deliver it to factions close to Turkey.
