After a security chaos that killed more than 360 civilians, fighters, and commanders, bombing hits an area of the Turkestanies and Uzbeks in the central of Idlib city kills and injures at least 12 people

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an explosion was heard on the 30th Street near al-Rawdah mosque and the Province Hospital in Idlib city on Sunday morning, the 21st of October 2018, caused by an explosion in a car at al-Qosur neighborhood area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Right monitored deployment in the bombing area, which includes houses and headquarters of Turkestani and Asian fighters, where civilians were prevented from approaching and a security cordon was put around the area by members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, Uzbek, and Turkestani fighters, and reliable sources confirmed that the explosion injured about 12 people including 3 Asian fighters, so far 3 of them were killed including at least one civilian, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the security chaos still tops the scene in areas of control of the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the “Jihadi” factions in all Idlib, Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored yesterday night that unknown gunmen abducted a displaced man in Sarmin town east of Idlib city, where he was found dead this morning and his body was thrown south of the town. And in the north of Aleppo, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented yesterday, Friday the death of a child by random bullets due to an armed quarrel between two groups of the factions in Shmarekh camp in Azaz area in the northern countryside of Aleppo, the sources said that the exchange of gunfire took place between gunmen tried to steal vehicles from the camp and between gunmen from the area, where this armed fight left killed a boy who is no more than 9 years old of the displaced people of Tal Rifaat town, in a continuous failure by the factions to control the security of their areas, thus, it rose to at least 368, the number of persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 78 civilians including 12 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 246 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 40 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.
