As the “jihadis” still there, the factions target the western outskirts of Aleppo city and the regime shell Sahl al-Ghab after violations in the demilitarized area at 3 provinces

The violations continue in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces, striking the sincerity of its guarantors as well as the stability of the truce itself, which has been in force since the 15th of August 2018, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of 2 shells launched by the factions working in the western outskirts of Aleppo city, but no information about injuries, this comes in conjunction with the flight of drones over the Eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, also the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted the village of Dwyer al-Akrad in Sahl al-Ghab, while the Syrian Observatory published on Wednesday afternoon the 24th of October that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored extensive targeting by the regime forces for places in the areas of Tardin, al-Hadadah, al-Kheder, al-Teffahiyyeh, and Kabani in Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, also the regime forces targeted places in al-Sermaniyyeh area on the borders of Sahl al-Ghab and southwest of Idlib, amid explosions on the western outskirts of Aleppo suburbs caused by targeting by the regime forces for the area, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that cautious calm continues in areas of the Turkish – Russian truce and the demilitarized area, since before sundown on Tuesday, the 23rd  of October until now, with no targeting or shelling in all areas, and at the same time, the activists of the Syrian Observatory have not monitored any changes within the demilitarized area which entered its 10th consecutive day, where the “jihadi” groups continue to maintain their positions and points despite the repeated attempts by the Turkish intelligence to persuade them to withdraw, but all their attempts have failed so far.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations to the northern sector of Hama countryside, within the demilitarized buffer zone, stretched from the north-eastern mountains of Lattakia, to the north-western suburbs of Aleppo city passing through both Hama and Idlib, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces, on areas in the lands around Al-Lataminah town, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, along with the continuation of the “jihadis” to be deployed and stationed in their previous positions and headquarters, without withdrawals so far, despite the efforts of the Turkish Intelligence to persuade these “jihadist groups” to leave the demilitarized zone.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the sound of heavy machine guns broke again the calm of the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces opening their heavy machine guns on areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, but no physical damage until now, while the “Jihadis” continue to impose their presence on more than 70% of the demilitarized buffer area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that cautious calm prevails the demilitarized area and the Russian – Turkish truce areas in Hama, Idlib, Latakia, and Aleppo, since after midnight of yesterday until this morning, where the regime forces violated this calm by targeting with heavy machineguns places on the outskirts of al-Arba’in village in the northern countryside of Hama located within the demilitarized area, which in turn enters its 9th consecutive day in a row, without any updates and changes, where the “Jihadi” factions and groups did not withdraw from their positions, and the Turkish intelligence failed to persuade these factions to withdraw.
