After the SOHR published that ISIS reached the Syrian – Iraqi border, Iraqi planes drop leaflets on ISIS areas east of Euphrates

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored Iraqi warplanes dropping leaflets on Baghuz town which is under the control of the “Islamic State” Organization within its last enclave at the east bank of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where these leaflets say:
“To every ISIS member who survived a previous battle and was implicated in the current battle, four years of successive losses in your ranks, you have tried all means of destruction and nothing have changed except for more deaths in your ranks and the decline of your presence… You are surrounded from each direction; the borders of Iraq are fenced by the people of Iraq and they do not allow you to approach it. the solution that includes your survival is to surrender yourselves and to enter the peace, to ward off sedition ignited by your leaders who disappeared from the battlefield.”

These leaflets come after the Syrian Observatory published that the Organization was able to reach once more the Syrian – Iraqi border, after its direct link to this border was cut following its recent attacks over the past few days.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the special forces of the Syria Democratic Forces which is YPG, continue their preparations and mobilization after more than 300 of them reached the vicinity of the enclave controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern banks of Euphrates River, with the aim of starting a new military operation in the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas in its last enclave to end its presence in the area, also the Syrian Observatory learned that the fighters who don’t have enough combat experience from Deir Ezzor Military Council and other factions of the Syria Democratic Forces; of who were recruited from areas in al-Raqqah and Hasaka provinces have been withdrawn, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, Sunday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 300 fighters of the special forces of the Syria Democratic Forces have arrived in the vicinity of the enclave that the “Islamic State” organization controls in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, coming from the areas of Al-Hool and Al-Shaddadi in both southern and south-eastern sectors of the countryside of Al-Hasakah province, the Syrian Observatory also monitored the entry of 12 US Hummer vehicles to the area of the contact lines with the organization, while the SOHR monitored that the International Coalition’s Forces started violent shelling by artillery and warplanes, targeting Hajin city, the strikes also targeted 2 booby trapped vehicles sent by the organization in order to be detonated in Al-Bahra area, where the warplanes quickly bombed them which caused their destruction and the death of those who are inside them, the Syrian Observatory also obtained information reporting that the International Coalition has withdrawn a base of 50 Hummer vehicles, 20 vehicles loaded with equipment and 10 military trucks dragging artillery pieces, in the vicinity of the enclave that the organization controls, and it is suggested that they have been withdrawn to the area of Al-Omar Oilfield.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more civilian casualties as a result of the bombardment by the International Coalition’s warplanes in the past 24 hours, where it rose to 14, the number of citizens who were killed in the airstrikes on ISIS last enclave in the east of the Euphrates, while the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 13 members at least of the organization in the targeting to the 2 booby trapped vehicles and in a bombardment on other areas in the same enclave, which raised the number of those who have been killed and executed since the 10th of September 2018, where the SOHR documented the death of 315 at least, one of them was a field commander of Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syria Democratic Forces, the members of the SDF who were killed in clash against ISIS, and at least 509 fighters and commanders of the “Islamic State” Organization, they were killed in the clashes and the strikes of the International Coalition and SDF since the start of the military operations on the 10th of September 2018, and the death toll is expected to increase as there is information about other human losses and the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, and 2 girls who were killed in shelling by SDF on the ISIS-enclave, and 5 citizens were killed in bombing by the International Coalition on the same enclave, in addition to 63 civilians including 12 children and 5 citizen women, were killed in airstrikes by the International Coalition on a mosque and Koranic institute in al-Susah town within ISIS-enclave at the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, the majority of whom are Iraqi nationals including families of members of the “Islamic State” organization, and in strikes targeted a house in al-Bobadran village.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that it monitored the continued preparations by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, for starting a new military operation, that aims to end the presence of the “Islamic State” Organization in its last enclave in the east of the Euphrates River, in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the experienced special forces have arrived in the old base in Al-Bahra in the vicinity of the enclave that the organization controls, accompanying armored vehicles and heavy machineguns, also explosions were heard the sources said that they were caused by shelling by the SDF on the organization’s controlled areas, while the SOHR monitored the absence of the warplanes from the airspace of the area in the past hours, and the Syrian Observatory published today morning, that it monitored forces of the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces starting preparations for a new military operation, that aim to end the presence of the “Islamic State” Organization in its last enclave at east bank of Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory learned that advanced weapons, tanks, and armored vehicles have arrived for the Syria Democratic Forces at al-Tank Field, after SDF withdrew from Baghuz and al-Susah, and the organization controlled the area and reached the Syrian-Iraqi border again, after its connection to this border was blocked. The reliable sources confirmed that the Syria Democratic Forces are positioning in the meantime in the eastern desert of Deir Ezzor; waiting for the start of the military operation supported by the International Coalition, amid the arrival of experienced special forces of the Syria Democratic Forces, to lead the battle and fight against the “Islamic State” Organization, where the ranks of SDF and the Coalition were re-arranged and prepared to start the attack in the next few days, after the violent clashes on the 26th and 27th of October 2018, as a result of the Organization’s exploitation of the sandstorm that hit the area.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that the “Islamic State” organization used women and children of the “Caliphate Cubs”, in its fierce attack, where reliable sources through fighters in the SDF, confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that they have never seen such horrible attack, where the attack was carried out by more than 200 fighters, and women were used as snipers of the organization, and in Al-Susah town, the Syrian Observatory learned that the organization followed a plan to locate the positions of the Syria Democratic Forces in order to attack them directly, through making a woman of the organization to went out in the town and shouting the name “Sarah”, and when the members of the SDF heard her, they tried to went out to help her, but they were surprised with the organization attacking the posts of the SDF directly, the organization also depended on attacking by vehicles that came from tunnels they dug earlier, and in some clashes the distance between the both conflicting parties was only a few meters, the reliable sources also confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that 15 US Hummer vehicles of the International Coalition, have entered the front lines, after they were absent for a whole day, where the vehicle have abstained from the entry since yesterday, while no targeting operations to the fronts, the contact lines or the clash areas have been monitored since the sunset of yesterday.
