The regime forces target a town in the north of Aleppo killing one of the factions’ “engineering members” in the area

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: places in Hayyan town in the northern countryside of Aleppo were subjected to shelling by the regime forces which targeted places in the town, where a person was killed as a result of this shelling and he is one of the engineering members of the factions in the area, the shelling also caused material damage, thus it rose to 3, the number of people who have been killed in shelling by the regime forces on both north and north-western countryside of Aleppo since the implementation of the Turkish – Russian truce on the 15th of August 2018, and since the implementation of the demilitarized buffer zone and the end of the deadline for the “jihadis” to leave the area, they are: an engineering member of the factions who was killed in shelling on Hayyan, a child girl who was killed in shelling on Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, and a citizen who was killed in shelling on Kafr Hamra on the 25th of October 2018.

And the Syrian Observatory published last Thursday, that violent explosions shook the western neighborhoods of Aleppo city which is under the control of the regime forces, on Thursday, the 25th of October 2018, it turned out to be caused by targeting using several mortar shells by the Islamic and “jihadi” factions operating in the demilitarized area, where they targeted areas in Nile Street area and the vicinity of the local market in the western section of Aleppo city, which caused material damage but no information about casualties until the moment, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of targeting exchange between the regime forces and the Islamic and “jihadi” factions -which are operating in the demilitarized area- until after midnight on of yesterday, in the western section of Aleppo city and the suburbs around the city, and in areas at the western countryside of the city, as part of the heaviest bombardment ever since the agreement between Putin and Erdogan on the 17th of September 2018, and as the bombing and shelling caused casualties, it rose to 4, the number of civilians who were killed since the implementation of Putin – Erdogan agreement on the 10th of October 2018, they are: a female child was killed in bombing hours ago on Kafr Hamra town, and 3 casualties were killed in the shelling by the factions on the neighborhoods of Aleppo city on the 18th of October, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the heaviest shelling ever in the demilitarized area since reaching the agreement between Putin and Erdogan on the demilitarized area, on the 17th of September 2018; and the end of the deadline for the “jihadi to leave” the area.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the intensive shelling by the regime forces targeting areas in al-Mansoura town in the western countryside of Aleppo, Kafr Hamra town in northwest of Aleppo city, and areas in its vicinity, in conjunction with the fall of tens of shells on the neighborhoods of Halab al-Jadidah, al-Zahra, Hamdania, Shahba, Akramiyyeh, Saif al-Dawla, Nile Street, Shihan, and al-A’azamiyyeh, and areas in the western part of Aleppo city, also the shells fell on areas in al-Zahra town which is inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northern countryside of Aleppo, amid renewed shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the western countryside of Aleppo province and the western suburbs of the city, which injured about 10 people with varying severity in Aleppo city, also a female child was killed and several others were injured in the shelling that targeted Kafr Hamra, where she is the first casualty by regime’s shelling since the death of a young man in Kafr Hamra town northwest of Aleppo city on the 25th of September 2018, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and this intense shelling was accompanied by violent clashes between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, amid exchange of targeting with heavy machineguns and shells, and this area is considered within the heavy-weapon-demilitarized area.
