With the arrival of 500 Kurdish special task forces, accelerated preparations are underway for the start of an end-of-ISIS battle east of Euphrates, thousands of members spread around the last enclave

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syria Democratic continues Forces continue their mobilization and arranging of their forces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored them bringing more than 500 members of the special forces who have high combat experience in the last 48 hours (of YPG and Women Protection Units), to the perimeter of the last enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization east of Euphrates River, as part of the preparations for the final battle against the Organization which is expected to begin in the coming hours, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in addition to monitoring the process of bringing the special forces; it monitored the deployment of thousands of fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces in the vicinity of the ISIS-controlled enclave, as well as preparations in al-Tank oilfield, amid large military preparations along with bringing machinery, ammunition, and military equipment to launch the battle once more and end the existence the Organization in the last enclave east of Euphrates, which extends from Hajin town to the Syrian-Iraqi border, and includes al-Baghuz al-Foqani, al-Baghuz al-Tahtani, al-Shajla, al-Marashdah, al-Susah, Sha’afah, Bobadran, al-Buhasan and Hajin, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling during the past hours by the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, targeted areas in the ISIS-controlled enclave, in an attempt to disperse the Organization’s ranks before the attack on the area begins.

Reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the car that transported the 4 ISIS members on board to the last enclave of the Organization, returned without knowing what is inside it, and the sources believed that releasing the four ISIS captives by SDF that took place between yesterday afternoon the sunset of the same day; had taken place in exchange for the release of prisoners and abductees by the “Islamic State” Organization, also the Syria Democratic Forces have engaged fighters with high experience in the battles, of who had fought in violent clashes against ISIS before the battle of al-Raqqah, Ayn al-Arab, and others in an attempt to accelerate the end of the Organization’s presence in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, Monday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a column of the Syria Democratic Forces heading to the contact areas with the “Islamic State” organization within the last enclave it controls in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and sources informed the SOHR that 4 ISIS captives of those who were captured by the SDF previously during the military operations in the area, were in vehicles of the column and they were blindfolded and handcuffed, where it is expected that an exchange process will be carried out between the organization and the SDF in the area, in the same context, preparations are still underway by the Syria Democratic Forces through mobilizing their forces and rearrange their ranks, in order to start a final and inclusive military operations against the “Islamic State” organization at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, in order to end the presence of the organization there, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored the Syria Democratic Forces bringing more military reinforcements to the vicinity of the last enclave under the control of the “Islamic State” Organization east of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the Syrian Observatory learned that at least 100 fighters of the Women Protection Units have arrived in the area, to join more than 300 YPG fighters (the special forces in SDF) where the Syrian Observatory learned that the Syria Democratic Forces are assembling their forces of the elite and who have High experience in the fight, in order to start the final military operation that aim to end the presence of the Organization within its last enclave east of Euphrates, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory monitored the flight of 2 helicopters of the International Coalition in the sky of the last enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization before returning to their positions in al-Omar Field, it worth mentioning that warplanes of the International Coalition have been absent from the area for more than 3 days, except for flying yesterday evening, Sunday, during which they targeted 2 booby-trapped vehicles of the Organization, and sites of the Organization in al-Bahra and Hajin, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the special forces of the Syria Democratic Forces which is YPG, continue their preparations and mobilization after more than 300 of them reached the vicinity of the enclave controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern banks of Euphrates River, with the aim of starting a new military operation in the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas in its last enclave to end its presence in the area, also the Syrian Observatory learned that the fighters who don’t have enough combat experience from Deir Ezzor Military Council and other factions of the Syria Democratic Forces; of who were recruited from areas in al-Raqqah and Hasaka provinces have been withdrawn, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, Sunday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 300 fighters of the special forces of the Syria Democratic Forces have arrived in the vicinity of the enclave that the “Islamic State” organization controls in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, coming from the areas of Al-Hool and Al-Shaddadi in both southern and south-eastern sectors of the countryside of Al-Hasakah province, the Syrian Observatory also monitored the entry of 12 US Hummer vehicles to the area of the contact lines with the organization, while the SOHR monitored that the International Coalition’s Forces started violent shelling by artillery and warplanes, targeting Hajin city, the strikes also targeted 2 booby trapped vehicles sent by the organization in order to be detonated in Al-Bahra area, where the warplanes quickly bombed them which caused their destruction and the death of those who are inside them, the Syrian Observatory also obtained information reporting that the International Coalition has withdrawn a base of 50 Hummer vehicles, 20 vehicles loaded with equipment and 10 military trucks dragging artillery pieces, in the vicinity of the enclave that the organization controls, and it is suggested that they have been withdrawn to the area of Al-Omar Oilfield.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more civilian casualties as a result of the bombardment by the International Coalition’s warplanes in the past 24 hours, where it rose to 14, the number of citizens who were killed in the airstrikes on ISIS last enclave in the east of the Euphrates, while the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 13 members at least of the organization in the targeting to the 2 booby trapped vehicles and in a bombardment on other areas in the same enclave, which raised the number of those who have been killed and executed since the 10th of September 2018, where the SOHR documented the death of 315 at least, one of them was a field commander of Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syria Democratic Forces, the members of the SDF who were killed in clash against ISIS, and at least 509 fighters and commanders of the “Islamic State” Organization, they were killed in the clashes and the strikes of the International Coalition and SDF since the start of the military operations on the 10th of September 2018, and the death toll is expected to increase as there is information about other human losses and the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, and 2 girls who were killed in shelling by SDF on the ISIS-enclave, and 5 citizens were killed in bombing by the International Coalition on the same enclave, in addition to 63 civilians including 12 children and 5 citizen women, were killed in airstrikes by the International Coalition on a mosque and Koranic institute in al-Susah town within ISIS-enclave at the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, the majority of whom are Iraqi nationals including families of members of the “Islamic State” organization, and in strikes targeted a house in al-Bobadran village.
