Security chaos hits again by a bombing targets a town near the Syrian – Turkish border after killing more than 380 people

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the security chaos restrikes again at Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, which are controlled by the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the “jihadis,” where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the explosion an IED after midnight of yesterday near al-Bazaar roundabout in al-Dana town in the northern countryside of Idlib, which killed one of the town’s night guards and injured others, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 30th of October 2018 that security chaos continues to dominate the scene in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the members of the National Front opening fire of their machineguns on car of the official of Idlib Police Department in the ministry of the National Rescue Government in al-Rami village at the outskirts of Jabal al-Zawiyah, which caused injured him, his son and his escort, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the controlled areas of the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the “jihadis” in Idlib province and the countryside around it, are witnessing ongoing security chaos represented by killing operations, kidnappings, detentions, assassinations whether by the gunfire of unidentified gunmen or by IEDs and mines, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that unidentified gunmen have kidnapped a man who is a member of the ” Free Hama Governorate Council”, in Murak town in the northern countryside of Hama where they took him to an unknown destination, and sources accused Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham of kidnapping him, and this kidnapping is coincided with arresting a male nurse works in the medical sector and another man on Turmanin – Harzah Road in the northern countryside of Idlib by members of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, where they took them to a destination that has been still unknown so far, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday the 28th of October 2018, that the security chaos still casts its shadow over the dark scene in Idlib province and its countryside, which are controlled by the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the “jihadis”, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the security chaos enters its 7th consecutive month, since it escalated on the 26th of April 2018, also the Syrian Observatory monitored the death of a displaced person from the Eastern Ghouta, where he died affected by wounds he had in a car bombing in al-Qosur neighborhood in Idlib city within area of presence of the Uzbek and Turkestan fighters of headquarters, buildings, and houses, on the 21st of October 2018, rising to 380, the number of persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 87 civilians including 13 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 249 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 42 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.

And the Syrian Observatory monitored that the number of casualties of the organization and the cells rose to 102 members of ISIS and its cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 44 where executed by slaughtering them or directly shooting them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib, after they were arrested previously within the campaign of arrests which targeted tens of persons on charge of these accusations, and which sometimes witnessed violent clashes between members of these cells and members of Tahrir Al-Sham, as well as the executions that used to be carried out directly, or through mass targeting to positions and headquarters of these cells, and this is the first execution to be carried out within the Russian – Turkish demilitarized area, which was specified within the Russian – Turkish agreement that recently reached.

Security forces in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions of Syrian and non-Syrian nationality have repeatedly failed to control this security chaos, despite their security operations that caused the arrest of cells belong to the “Islamic State” organization, and other cells responsible for kidnappings, assassination attempts, and assassinations, but these operations have not been able to achieve any complete results, but the cells have remained as it is wandering within the areas in which they have caused an uncontrolled security, where the cells are reducing their activity with each military operation, and get active again as security operation ends.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the security chaos continues in Idlib province and the countryside linked to it of the neighboring provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an IED explosion in Al-Dana town in the northern countryside of Idlib, near the Syrian – Turkish border, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, also, unidentified gunmen have assassinated a field commander in the ranks of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham of a Gulf nationality believed to be Qatari, with his escort after they were targeted by unidentified gunmen by a grenade they threw on his house in Al-Mohandessin area in the western suburbs of Aleppo city, while a young man was found dead and his body was dumped between the villages of Al-Ankawi and Al-Tanjarah, in the north-western countryside of Hama.
