About 40 hours after the attack of Jaysh “Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq”…clashes are witnessed near Abu Al-Duhur Airbase which Jamil and Sulail Al-Hassan visited few days ago

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations to the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce and the demilitarized zone, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the regime forces targeted Tawil Al-Halib village in the south-eastern sector of Idlib countryside, the regime forces also targeted areas in the vicinity of Al-Lataminah and Murek towns and in M’aarkaba village, amid shelling on areas in the vicinity of al-Jisat village, within the northern sector of Hama countryside, without information about injuries, the Syrian Observatory also monitored clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, in places in the area of Al- Katiba Al-Mahjoura which is located in the south-west of Abu Al-Duhur Military Airbase, which the slaughterer of the Syrian detention centers the Major General, Jamil Al-Hassan, and the Brigadier in the regime forces -the leader of the operation of taking the control of the airbase- Suhail Al-Hassan, visited days ago, amid exchange of shelling between the both parties, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the provinces of Aleppo, Latakia, Hama, and Idlib continue to witness violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces shelling areas in the vicinity of Morek town and Lahaya village in the northern countryside of Hama, and the vicinity of Atshan village in the northeastern countryside of Hama, and the towns and villages of al-Tah, Om Jalal, Sukayk, and Um al-Khalakhil in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, which are located within the demilitarized area, and the vicinity of the Turkish point in al-Sarman area in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, coincided with shelling by the Islamic factions using mortar shells for areas in in the countryside of Abu al-Duhur and the villages of Ijaz and Kefraya within regime forces’-controlled areas and also within the disarmament area, in a response to regime forces’ escalation and carrying out a massacre of 8 citizens in Jarjanaz town in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and in the same context the area of Kabani within the demilitarized area, is witnessing an exchange of shelling between the Hurras al-Dien faction against  the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted the demilitarized area and areas in its vicinity, where the Russian – Turkish truce has been taking place since the 15th of August 2018, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, al-Tah town, and the areas of Sukayk and al-Tamanah which caused several injuries and killed at least 8 people including at least 5 civilians and one of them is a child under the age of eighteen in the vicinity of Jarjanaz, while the other 3 are not known whether they were civilians or not, while the number of casualties may increaser because there are 19 injured people, and some of them are in serious situation, and this is considered the biggest massacre since the Putin – Erdogan agreement, raising to 18, the number of people who were killed in shelling by the regime forces on the northern and northwestern countryside of Aleppo and Idlib countryside, since the implementation of the demilitarized buffer area agreement on the 17th of September 2018, and they are: 8 people were killed in shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed in the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a member of the engineering of the factions was killed in shelling on Hayyan neighbourhood, and a girl was killed in shelling on Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, and a civilian was killed in shelling on Kafr Hamra on the 25th of September 2018.

The Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a calm in areas of the Turkish – Russian truce in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized area, since after midnight of yesterday until this morning, where the regime forces shelled a short time ago areas in and around al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, also the jihadi groups and factions continue to maintain their positions and points in the demilitarized area, without any changes in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, Thursday the 1st of November 2018, that it monitored violent clashes within the demilitarized zone at dawn of today, Thursday, the 1st of November 2018, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: a group of “Jaysh Abu Bakr al-Siddiq” of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham attacked at dawn of today positions of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in Wadi al-Mazroui area in the abandoned battalion area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, which is within the demilitarized zone stretches from the northeastern mountains of Latakia, pass through Hama and Idlib, until the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city, where violent clashes took place between both parties before the attacking group withdraws to its positions and points, and the clashes caused confirmed casualties in the ranks of both parties, where a fighter of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham was confirmed killed in addition to the death and injury of the members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, while these clashes are considered the first of its kind in Idlib province within the demilitarized zone, which was agreed upon after the meeting that took place between the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Russian President Vladimir Putin on the 17th of September 2018.
