After successive strikes on Deir Ezzor’s oilfields…the International Coalition’s warplanes intensify their raids on the organization’s enclave raising to 42, the number of ISIS members who were killed in about 36 hours
Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored bombardment by the International Coalition’s warplanes targeting positions of the “Islamic State” organization and its areas of presence on the front lines at the outskirts of the last enclave remaining under its control on the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where the warplanes targeted the area intensively, while the preparations by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces are continuing for starting the operation of taking the control of ISIS last enclave in the east of the Euphrates, and the clashes and raids resulted in increasing the death toll in the ranks of the organization to 42 members at least, in about 36 hours, who were killed in the clashes and bombardment on ISIS enclave and in the bombardment on the area of Al-Haql Al-Azraq (the Blue Field), raising to 565 fighters and commanders of the “Islamic State” Organization, who were killed in the clashes and the strikes of the International Coalition and SDF, while the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 327 at least, one of them was a field commander of Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syria Democratic Forces, the members of the SDF who were killed in clash against ISIS, since the start of the military operations on the 10th of September 2018, and the death toll is expected to increase as there is information about other human losses and the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the execution of 15 people -including 10 members of SDF- by the Organization in its last enclave east of Euphrates, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that it rose to 82, the number of people killed by the international coalition warplanes since the 10th of September 2018, in strikes by the International Coalition on two mosques and a Koranic institute in al-Susah town within the ISIS-enclave in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality including families of ISIS members, and in strikes targeted a house in al-Bobadran village and in raids on Hajin and other areas of the last enclave of ISIS east of the Euphrates, in addition to 2 children who were killed in shelling by SDF on the ISIS enclave.
And these raids come after bombardment that targeted Al-Haql Al-Azraq (the Blue Field), in the eastern desert of Deir Ezzor, due to the infiltration of ISIS members into the area, the SOHR also targeted ongoing bombardment by the International Coalition which targeted areas in Hajin town and places in ISIS last enclave on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, without information about human losses, about 24 hours after a violent battle between the Special Forces against members of the organization in the outskirts of Al-Bahra area and the vicinity of Hajin, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today morning, Tuesday the 6th of November 2018, that it monitored the decrease in the pace of clashes since after midnight of yesterday, except for sporadic targeting using heavy and medium machineguns and shells, coincided with the flight of International Coalition warplanes in the sky of the area, and targeting it every now and then, while the Syrian Observatory monitored more casualties In the ranks of the members of the “Islamic State” Organization, rising to at least 30, the number of who were killed in the last 24 hours, as a result of shelling by warplanes and clashes between them and YPG Special Task Forces.
