The regime forces violate the Russian – Turkish truce again within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Latakia

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a new violations in the Russian – Turkish truce, where the Russian and Turkish guarantors are unable to limit them, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the regime forces targeting again areas in Tallat al-Maqnas and other areas in Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad- in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring the continuation of violations in the Turkish – Russian truce areas and in the demilitarized area as well, where the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday places in the areas of Tawil al-Haleeb and the abandoned battalion west of Abu al-Duhur in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, coincided with exchange of targeting in the vicinity of the area between the regime forces and the factions operating there, but no information about casualties yet, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, Tuesday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored targeting by the regime forces to areas in Al-Rashideen Suburb west of Aleppo city by artillery shells, which caused material damage, in a new breach to the demilitarized zone and the Russian – Turkish truce, while the regime forces targeted by snipers’ bullets, Al-Leiramon area in the western suburbs of Aleppo city, which claimed the life of a fighter after being hit by a bullet of the regime’s snipers, while the regime forces targeted places in Al-Sakhr area in the northern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that it monitored renewed violations by the regime forces which targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, as well as places of the demilitarized zone, in conjunction with targeting by the factions, where the Syrian Observatory monitored that the regime forces opened fire of their heavy machineguns on areas in the vicinity of Al-Lataminah town, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while exchange of targeting took place between the regime forces and the factions in the northern sector of Aleppo countryside, where shells fell near the Turkish observation post in the area, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that the targeting which hit Jurin area in the north-western sector of Hama countryside, and which is located within the demilitarized area, resulted in the fall of casualties and wounded in the ranks of the regime forces, where the targeting that was carried out by the Islamic Party of Turkestan which is close to Turkey, and Hurras al-Dien organization that rejects Putin – Erdogan deal, resulted in the death of a Colonel and the injury of about 9 other members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, with varying severity, and the number of casualties may increase as there are injured cases in critical condition.

And the Syrian observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that violations returned to break the silence of the cautious calm that prevailed in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Hama, and Latakia since after midnight of yesterday, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations by both parties of the conflict, where the regime forces targeted using several artillery shells areas in the villages of al-Ziyara, Khirbat al-Naqous and its surroundings in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, followed by shelling by Hurras al-Dien faction and the Islamic Turkestani party by several shells, where they targeted a camp of the regime forces in Joureen in the same countryside, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the cautious calm returned to areas of control of the Turkish – Russian truce and the demilitarized area, where these areas has not seen any shelling and targeting since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, in conjunction with the continuous spread of the “jihadi” groups and factions in the demilitarized area, without any indications for their withdrawal despite all the attempts by the Turkish intelligence to persuade them, all of which have failed.
