The regime forces continue to breach the Russian – Turkish truce and attack a position of an Islamic army within the demilitarized zone north of Hama

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the escalated pace of violations today evening, Thursday, within the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized zone, where a group of the regime forces attacked one of the points of Jaysh Al-Izza in the vicinity of Zilaqiat village in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, then clashes took place between the both parties in the area through which the regime forces managed to take the control of the point before they withdrew from it again, where 2 members of Jaysh Al-Izza were killed in the clashes amid confirmed information about more human losses in the ranks of the both parties, the regime forces also renewed their shelling on places in the northern countryside of Hama and other places in Al-Rashideen area in the western suburbs of Aleppo, while the jihadist factions targeted with rocket shells, positions of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in Nahshaba and Tallat Abu Ali in the northern countryside of Latakia, without information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the regime forces renewed their violations in the Turkish – Russian truce applied in areas in the provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Hama, and Latakia, after hours of cautious calm that prevailed areas truce and the demilitarized area, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on places in Tawil al-Haleeb village in the countryside of Abu al-Dhour in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, but no information about casualties, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a man affected by injuries he had in the rocket shelling that was carried out by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town days ago, raising to 9 including at least 6 civilians -including a child under the age of eighteen,- the number of people killed in the rocket shelling of the regime forces that targeted areas in Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, al-Tah town, and al-Sukayk and al-Tamanah areas on Friday the 2nd of November 2018, which in turn raises to 19 , the number of people who were killed in shelling by the regime forces on the northern and northwestern countryside of Aleppo and Idlib countryside, since the implementation of the demilitarized buffer area agreement on the 17th of September 2018, and they are: 9 people were killed in shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed in the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a member of the engineering of the factions was killed in shelling on Hayyan neighbourhood, and a girl was killed in shelling on Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, and a civilian was killed in shelling on Kafr Hamra on the 25th of September 2018.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today that the demilitarized area and areas of the Syrian – Turkish truce in the ranks of both four provinces are witnessing cautious calm where, where the truce has been in force since the 15th of October 2018, since the midnight of yesterday until the morning, where the area has not seen any bombing and targeting, and the Syrian Observatory published last night that the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces which targeted Tawil al-Haleeb village and Al- Katiba Al-Mahjoura in the eastern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also targeted areas in the vicinity of Murak town in the northern sector of Hama countryside, the regime forces also opened fire of their heavy machineguns on areas in the vicinity of Al-Lataminah town in the same countryside, without information about injuries, and the Syrian observatory published hours ago, that a member of the regime forces was killed as a result of clashes in Al-Tamurah area in the northern countryside o Aleppo within the demilitarized zone, yesterday after the midnight between the Islamic factions operating in Andan town, against the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, in conjunction with shelling by the Turkish artillery stationed in Andan town, on the clash areas, raising to 2, the number of members of the regime forces (an officer and a member) who were killed within the demilitarized zone.
