Amid the security chaos that has claimed the lives of hundreds of civilians, commanders, and fighters, arrests near the demilitarized area of citizens accused of “belonging to ISIS”
Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham carried out at dawn of today, Saturday, the 10th of November raids and arrests in Talmanas town, which is located in to the east of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham stormed at dawn Talmanas town, and arrested about 12 people on charges of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization, and took them to an unknown destination until the moment, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 1st of November 2018 that the Syrian Observatory monitored that the number of casualties of the organization and the cells rose to 102 members of ISIS and its cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 44 where executed by slaughtering them or directly shooting them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib.
Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that it rose to at least 387, the number of persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 90 civilians including 13 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 253 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 42 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.
