About 10 injuries in the bombing that hit al-Zahraa neighborhood in Homs city, central Syria

Homs Province, – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an  explosion shook afternoon of today, the 13th of November 2018, Homs city which is under the control of the regime forces, where the explosion targeted a small passenger bus on the 60th street in al-Zahra neighborhood in Homs city, but it is not known until the moment whether the explosion was caused by a grenade exploded in the bus, or if it was caused by an IED explosion at the bottom of the bus, where at least 9 people were injured including 3 citizen women and members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 29th of March 2017 that at least 5 people were killed in the explosion that took place in al-Zahra area in Homs city, where the explosion took place in a minibus for transporting people in the 60th Street, and it was caused by the explosion of an IED in the minibus, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the middle of March 2018 that an explosion targeted a bus in Wadi al-Dahab area in Homs city, caused many injuries, also infiltrators of the “Islamic State” organization targeted the branches of State Security and Military Security in the neighborhoods of al-Ghouta and al-Mahatta in Homs city on the 25th of February 2018, after which 43 members at least of both branches were killed.
